Friendly frontdesk, helpful and professional.

Our family stayed at room 30809 and we had a great time. The room was spacious and clean. The staffs were very friendly and polite. The only thing we don't like was that our room doesn't have a small fridge or even a kettle for coffee. There were also no hangers in the closet to hang our clothes. Not even a mirror to use when you're putting on a make-up or fixing yourself in the living room/bedroom and no chair as well for the desk. We expected more for an accommodation in the vicinity of Makati. But nevertheless, we love our stay and we will come back for sure.

The room was so spacious and clean. Staff were accommodating, too. So comfy! Will stay again in the near future.

Highly recommended, surely will stay again.

Khách sạn này ở bên ngoài khá đẹp với cảnh quan khá là “garden” nhìn khá thu hút nhưng thật chất không mang lại cảm giác thoải mái với nội thất bên trong như đồ cổ, cơ sở vật chất nhiều thứ bất tiện. Còn nội quy và cách quản lý khiến mình cảm giác không phải là khách hàng, họ xem mình như là nhân viên

Rooms are spacious. I love it though, need to improve the cleanliness.
