Enjoyed our stay! My 3rd time at Camayan Beach Resort & Hotel and will go back again with family and friends.

We like the shore line, room is spacious but hopefully they will renovate it. 😉

All the staff from The Reef and room service were on top of their game. They have been attentive and accomodating to the needs of their guests. It was their front desk that needed a revamp. Let me count the ways, 1. Their phone line is always busy that you'll need to go to them just to have your concern raised 2. They will not call their staff to help guests with their baggages when they are about to check out 3. No smiles, it is as if they have been dragging themselves to work that day.

Room is old and needs renovation for the price. Breakfast is better than previous visits (maybe because there's a lot of companies doing team building) but beach is ok and clean, there is a lot of wildlife. Sea lion came in to visit for photo op. (with fee) during our visit pool is a bit crowded and people are a bit rowdy. They are people doing their team building.

This beach resort exceeds our expectation. Made us wanted to come back again. Water in the beach is crystal clear. Can't imagine that there are corals and colorful fishes near the shoreline. That was actually the highlight. Snorkling experience of the kids. Plus the breakfast buffet and spacious beed. Staff are also very attentive and polite.

Staff are accommodating and courteous. Although the place need ample renovations, we still enjoyed our stay. Will definitely go back.

We are locals from Olongapo so we've been always in Camayan but we just go on a day trip since we don't need the room. We decided to get a room since it's my dad's birthday. It was really disappointing. I requested a birthday set up to surprise my dad and even called to confirm ahead and they said they noted it but it was not done when we got to the room. I know it's subject to availability but there was no notice that they were not able to do it. The deluxe room was very basic and was just okay. Swimming pool is little so it gets crowded easily especially when there are a lot of kids. The beach has a lot of rocks so be careful. Rain has just stopped that day so the water was not clear and the waves are big. On a sunny day, the water is calm and really clear and you can see a lot of fish. The most disappointing thing in the hotel was the breakfast buffet. The selection was quite limited. Just order from the restaurant. Prices are reasonably priced. For the price of the room, it's really expensive for those kind of ammenities. I suggest that you just go on a day trip, rent a cabana and just get a room from the other Subic hotels that are much cheaper.

The staff were accommodating and friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious. Air conditioning is also good, despite too much heat outside. We had the beach view from our room and their dining place, the resto, has scenic view of the beach as well. Will definitely go back to this place.

Shower is not working properly! Then we were transfered to other room. Shower is ok but the water pressure’s not. Room is clean no doubt. Resort facilities are with fees. Life jacket and snorkle with rental fee Billiard table for rental. Its a 7k plus hotel somehow we are looking for massive free amenities.

Our stay was short but sweet, because of their excellent service. We have two kids and they were generous to give them each a towel (unlike in most hotels we stayed in the past). And they had complimentary breakfasts too! Room was clean and view was great! :)

We have been here several times. Way back 15yrs ago, it added a Swimming Pool and several building , it's a nice place to unwind & breakin your new car due to long traffic highway.

Went there for a 2-night stay for the recent Spartan race at Subic Bay. On race day, I checked out at 5am and was told that the beach towel in my room had been missing. I told the front desk to check again and will be back again to claim my baggage after race. After race, another person was in charge & she told me the same thing. I was furious that I was going to be charge 1000pesos for something I did not take. She asked me to wait again while they check the room again. There was no need to even check. I knew where the towel was located. I had not even touch it. The white and yellow striped towel was there all the while. I’m glad that she finally returned my 2000pesos deposit and that the towel has been found. Beware of them calling you a thief when they themselves are dishonest.

Room was ok. Wifi was horrible. First day breakfast, fried rice was too sticky. Second day breakfast was good. Lunch and dinner was awesome.

Clean beach. Room needs more light. Bathroom is clean, but can be cleaner. Sink design is quite bad, water overflows. Fast check in and check out. Additional charge/payment for beach tables and beach chairs. no free beach chairs for hotel guests.
