Nice stay, the only prob I encounter was the parking

staff are too noisy.. their voice is too loud.. hindi ako nkapahinga from the event 😡

Location is excellent. The sheets are clean and fragrant. I love that the threadcount is high so its soft. For improvement though is fining those guests who are smoking in the rooms because our room reaks of cigarette smoke .

The water pressure at the bathroom is very weak.

our stay was great ! the room is nice and clean ... the only problem is when everytime you wanted to turn on the t.v you have to call the front desk and they will send someone to turn it On using a t.v remote.. so there's no t.v remote inside the room, only a remote control to change channel and adjust volume...

The room was very nice. 😍 I love the bathroom.

Too dark, lights they use are too dim. Strong cleaning bleach smell in the bathroom. No handle on the shower, had to firmly grip it to turn it. Toilet flush not working, had to use a pail to flush. Ants present in the bed. Took so long to open the door to the room as all their keys were bunched in only one key ring! They don't give guests keys.

The hotel was almost perfect but I would suggest the management to provide their guest a key or access code or code upon entering or leaving the room. It's kind of hassle every time I get in, I need to call the attendant downstairs to open my room.

Room key is not working. You need to be assisted by a room boy every time you need to open your door. Safety of your belongings are at risk because the room attendants can open the door with a passcode.

Rooms are not that clean. Mabaho yung mga unan, pinapalitan ko pa. Remote ng TV wala dun, so nirequest ko pa. The first room boy who assisted me was very helpful pero yung next na room boy parang iritable bec of our requests, my friend na kasama ko din nag book ng isang room asked to be transeferred to another room kasi yung lock ng pinto hindi gumagana. Maganda sana yung location pero sana yung mga rooms, clean and ready, sana rin maayos yung customer service nila.

From the outside, the place itself may not be inviting, but the rooms are not bad. It's location is everything, with easy access to the heart of Quezon city. Rooms are a hit and miss with inconsistent designs and layouts depending on the type availed, try to get the "new" ones. Parking area is a bit small but not an issue as their staff could double as valet service.

Poor cellular connection inside the room; all facilities are extremely outdated including the beddings; and the door lock kept on jamming every single time.
