Awesome! I even won in the raffle 😊. The bonus thing is we also had a complimentary passage to Marand Beach Resort where we spent sunset at the beach.

Overall, our stay was nice. We booked it on promotion. They have multiple swimming pools for both adults and kids but sadly I was not able to try them as I'm on Business Trip. The room is neat as well. The Receptionist was super friendly. Our room comes with Breakfast too! Thank you, Marand!

During our 3-day stay in Marand, we sadly had encountered 2 main concerns during our stay as on the 2nd day. A construction were on-going that started early in the morning. Loud bangs can be heard in our walls making us unable to take a rest and enjoy a stress-free stay. Although I could say that the staffs' our really friendly and accommodating and even transferred us to another room but in spite of that, again, we encountered our 2nd problem at night. We were unable to sleep properly most especially my mother who is a senior citizen who have not slept the whole night because of many bedbugs (surot) bites. We even managed to kill 2 who are at least at the size of a grain (long grain to be exact). This is actually the worst vacation we had thinking that I have a 3 year old child with me and a senior citizen. The resort should learn to properly exercise cleanliness including doing scheduled fumigation from time to time.

Don't book here if you want the beach and a general good experience. If you expect to relax by the beach or pool and eat good food, I don't recommend this resort. They claim to have wifi in every room, the restaurant was under repair and closed, the room had barely anything in it that was remotely helping to the relaxing experience, the showers has no heater (in the villa at least) and the bathroom had a pungent smell even after the cleaning staff tidied up our place. The pool's water was not remotely like the pictures they promote, and it's not by the beach side. There wasn't a spa, the ktv bar closed too early. Pick somewhere else. Our stay wasn't fun nor enjoyable

The front desk was very helpful. On the other hand, the booked room was not the one we expected. The picture that was shown on the web was not the one given to us. According to the staff, it was a room for their other hotel. Therefore, they presented room wrongly. Bed sheets are not presentable. They were supposed to be white but the were yellowish and have stains.

Air-con was not working. We reported it and housekeeping tried fixing it but to no avail. They provided electric-fan instead. Without that, the room would have been too hot and uncomfortable.

The room was spacious for my family and its amenities are good. The breakfast was good for my family. The swimming pools were pleasant to swim with my children. However there is no access to the sea.

Nagbook ako noong Dec 24 with payment via 7/11 for Dec 26-28 sana pero noong pumunta na kmi sa araw na yon sabi nila wala raw po pumasok na pera sa account nila..sabi nila kung may cash daw po kami magbabayad na lng kmi pero nadisappoint ako kaya lumipat kami sa iba saka ko na lng ikeclaim yong binayad ko sa 7/11 pagbalik namin sa Baguio.pagbalik namin sa Baguio pumunta ako agad sa 7/11 na nagbayadan ko sabi nila successful na raw po tapos kinuntak ko ulit marandresort,ganun dn po sagot nila wala raw pa rin pumasok sa account nila kaya ngayon gusto ko ibalik nila pera ko dahil walang kwenta eh pinag-iponan ko yon eh para lng makaranas naman mga anak ko sa labas.

Great price, great value, great rooms

Not recommending again. Employees should be knowledgeable for all kinds of service. No manager when asked for one

Beach was so far away from the main building and if you want to go the beach area, you have to pay for another entrance fee (not making sense since we already have rooms). Pool was slimmy and didn't notice any maintenance over the night, slide was no slipper enough. Had rashes due to the pool water. Breakfast was buffet as claimed but when you are to go back, you have to pay another P125.00. Ham was even sour when served. Rooms had a weird stingky bathroom smell. Aircon was weak. Guard wore slippers and just shirt. Staff does not have a sense of courtesy to guests. Not recommending for visit.

The room is clean, the staffs are friendly and helpful!
