3泊の滞在はまあまあでした。設備は良かった（プール、温泉、サウナなど）。部屋は広々としていましたが、強い臭いがしました。10階に着いた時点で既に臭いが強く、部屋の中でも同じでした。そこで部屋の変更をお願いしました。次の2泊は別の部屋に移してもらいました。最初は部屋は良い香りがしました。おそらく芳香剤をかなりスプレーしていたからでしょう。しかし、翌日にはまた臭いが戻ってきました。

部屋には飲料水もヘアコームもナイトガウンもありません

Wifi ' s bad, the check in takes so long, we have to put deposit 75 % the accommodation price, does not seems like a 5 star hotel service at all.

Very Disappointed, i book prestige room with breakfast and 2pa free 60mins massage. But about checking wala daw . Grabe so lahat ng mag bobook ng same na binook ko . Ay mà disappoint dahil wala daw sa system nila ang 60mins massage for 2. Wala naman refund kaya sayang pera. Sobra stress lang nangyare.

I request for non smoking room, but the room has heavy smoking smell, I don't know why, and also I booked from credit card, I already have receipt from this app, show paid but front desk still asking why name is different, I told her just checking my credit card to double check my name will be match. They even ask manager what should they do, really the service is going down, maybe come from cheap booking so they saw you are cheap then can show shit behavior.

Looks exactly like in the pictures, but the check-in process is terribly slow. Other than that everything are good.

Room is clean and spacious. The city view is nice. Breakfast buffet has many selection of food but the free access to I'm onsen pool and sauna is my favorite.

Beautiful hotels, impeccable amenities, friendly service and great security. Onsite onsen included with the stay. Located in the red light district, so be prepared to see hotel patron having ‘ guests’ but the staff does a great job in security eg, collecting ID 's of the ‘ guest’.

Facilities and feels don't feel like 5-star hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast and dinner buffet are superb. The spa and pool is so relaxing which made me forget my worries in life (lol). The room is so comfy.

Kamar luas dan nyaman, cuma karena bisini meeting dan waktu terbatas tidak sempat cobain kolam renangnya. Next trip ke manila akan saya coba lagi stay di i'm hotel.

I'M Hotel Makati located very strategy's. have a good and clean rooms, also the staff are very friendly. Can't wait going back to there!

It's a nice, comfortable & modern hotel. we checked in at night time and only 5 mins in room my friend saw a little cockroach. We informed the hotel and few staffs came up to check not sure what they did because we went out for dinner. Did not see any cockroach again after that and had good sleep. Bed and everything is comfortable. Breakfast is great, all staffs service very friendly Its just a 'little thing' but made the stay a little bit not pleasant.

I always enjoyed my stay in I’M hotel. The rooms are just so comfy, I just wish they had bath robes in the room

I had a good time. I went there to rest and relax for a night, and the hotel helped me achieve my goal. I am definitely going back!

I didn’t really find my room that nice, I felt like it was bare. But the beds are really comfortable and my stay was nice and quiet.

I amaze with the antidote bar, the jelly fish is so fascinating...

Pros: comfortable bed and pillows, have a good couch and Smart TV, provided complimentary water and soda, relaxing mgswimming Ganda ng pool (tho malamiiig ung water), clean bathroom and pool bar has a delicious burger (a must try). Cons: You cannot check in right away if you are not the one who booked even with his/her consent. They said that an authorization letter should be provided as indicated on their hotel policy (but not indicated in details that was sent to me). I told them that I was driving and cannot send one, but there is no consideration, 3k deposit is needed (but they are accepting card, mehel leng telege besh), smelly ung towel na provided sa pool area and traffic going to the hotel.
