Worth the price. Sulit! would definitely go back. Stayed here for 2 nights.

The room is enough for four (4) person. It is just like in the pictures in their site. We got the room with beach view. Breakfast is good. They offer surfing lessons as well.Staffs and the owner are very accommodating. :)

Not satisfied with room and service.

Not enough personnel to assist us during peak season. Everything has a price even hot water! Room quite small for 4. Not enough room to store 4 backpacks.

We had a very pleasant trip. The room was very clean and the people were very helpful and friendly. Food was cheap too!

Very clean space and great front beach location. Some attendants were not that hospitable. Requested for a main/single room prior to our arrival but still stayed in a connecting room where you can hear your neighbor's loud television and her vomiting session. Hehe. :P There was a party when we arrived that lasted 11 PM with blasting speakers like crazy. I am not against having party there but I think they should also consider other guests that are staying there.

Beware of this hotel, most especially if you're booking via a 3rd party site or an app. 1. For no reason they downgraded our room from quad sharing room to a double room. I had no choice to accept since all other rooms were already fully occupied - me & my wife were a bit late to check in at around 3pm. Even if our other couple friends did not arrive you cannot just downgrade customer's booking without their knowledge or permission. 2. The most B.S. part was that they placed us in a connecting room, beside a group of friends who were drinking, laughing, talking, which can be easily heard since they were connected rooms. In fact our neighboors served as our alarm clock at 6am, laughing & talking their hearts out. Who books a connecting room with those you don't know, sealed by a small door? No privacy at all! 3. Worst customer service hotel/apartelle whatever you call it, I experienced in my entire life! When you talk to their staff most especially the lady staff in the lobby, you're like talking to a statue. It seemed that she's just there to give the keys. I also had the chance to talk to their owners because of the downgrade & the connecting rooms issue, but they care, you would not get any reasonable or sensible answer. 4. No free towels on check in, you have to rent. P.S. I mean no harm to your business, but you should treat your customers right. We customers are not correct all the times, but you guys should be more reasonable & respectful in your ways. So guys, think again when booking this place, it maybe cheaper when used in a 3rd party app or site. But in no freaking way I'm booking this hotel again. There are far more better hotels than this.

Host is approachable on how the room can be rearranged

Provided room was shared. Walls are so thin and the noise is so loud coming from the other room.

Very nice location. Good people. They also recommend us to great surf instructors with discounted amount.

Upon check-in we were asked to transfer to another transient house due to problem in the room. We felt a bit disappointed at first because they should have informed us early on not once we arrived. Luckily after discussing with the owner they managed to arrange our accommodation and stay. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The place is good for the travelers on budget but still want comfort and good view.

The room was nothing special, however the hotel is right on the beach, has ample parking space and very friendly staff which made our stay relaxed and enjoyable

Pros beach front there's food at the place until 7 pm only low cost tissue and soap is provided friendly staff. Cons, the access road to the beach house is very narrow(1 way). Road is not cemented yet. Room don't smell nice towels are rented @ 25 pesos each

Nice location, good value for money, friendly staff.

Though we have booked 5 minutes prior to our check in, the staff have accommodated us immediately without any problem in the booking process. Pros: The location is perfect since it is located right in front of Sabang Beach. They also have a rooftop for a nice view of the beach. The staffs are very accommodating. They have their own convenience store and they also serve breakfast if requested, but since we brought our portable cook set, we cooked our own food in their cottage and bought rice from the store. Cons: The room is quite old making the room atmosphere not so homey. But all in all, I recommend this place to anyone visiting Baler.

The receptionist was able to assist us with all the concern we have. Basic amenities were provided. However, we were shocked that no complimentary towel was provided and there is only one available socket for a quad occupancy bedroom.
