The staff is friendly, courteous, efficient, helpful. We came back after a failed airline boarding and were accommodated to have a room to stay while we are planning for our next flight. I will definitely come back to stay in hotel sogo.

Totoo nga yung so good so clean hahaha, very nice room specially napaka clean room and bathroom.

Amoy sigarilyo ung room pag pasok namin. nag ask kami na baka pedi palinis ulit pero ang tagal until na may naglinis sa front ng room namin and i asked nlang the air freshener..

Hotelnya tidak nyaman dan ada chanel film dewasa di TV.

the massage therapist did not give extra service

The room did not reflect the hotel's Moto of "so clean so good"! The elevator and hallways were filled with insecticide fumes, and the room was not completely clean. Most distressing was that the toilet sprayer (which looked new) did not work! Also due to the location and the proximity to flight paths, the room was prone to outside noise both day and night.

Mabagal ang services, pinag chek in kami sa room na everything not okay.

1. Have insect at side bed...and under bed. Please make pest control. 2. I order hot water from 4pm...until 8pm before I'm going out a while, the hot water still didn't get.

Some staffs are so noisy doing their responsibilities in the other rooms. it disturbs the customers at rest.

Pretty comfortable hotel for backpacker and its pretty crowded too obviously not for romantic holiday, but food easy too find. Hotel is 2,5km from department of foreign affair
