Check out time Nov. 17, 2019 Sunday at 10Am Room 210, Arrived in my province & when the time that Im about to used my necklace, I found out that my Gray pouch with Gold Necklace comes with Diamond Cross Pendant was missing, I remember before I checked out I put the little gray pouch on the table (dresser) because I took my wedding ring inside of it & wore and my bad that I overlooked & forgot to put it back on my sling bag. Here's the thing, I called the front desk at first they show their willingness to help to investigate, but in the long run until now, nothing happened. I asked them who's the person that time cleaned the room 210 after I checked out, for sure someone found it & very easy to put inside the pocket, no one knows he/she the only one cleaning the room & no CCTV even at the alleyways. They don't have a honest staff, so this is a Lesson Learned for me also. For the other travelers I hope it won't happen to you. God blesses!

we had a 3 days stay in hotel sogo quirino and I must say its a good experience the food the service everything is really good

I enjoyed my stay at the Sogo Hotel with the exception of being bothered every 2-3 days by the night time shift office people who either disturbed me by phone or knocking on my door. I paid online through app but apparently the disconnect was only with the night time crew on duty. I finally had to report it to the corporate office and received immediate satisfactory results. I will say this, don’t wait to leave or check out if you have a problem, email them immediately and you will get satisfaction.

This hotel's staff were friendly however, the check-in process was too slow. When I told them that I checked-in via app, their e-mail application is not working properly, therefore, there is a need to my booking ID manually which took time.

I already had a reservation but I had to wait for 2 hours since they do not have a vacant room. Again, I already had a reservation. I had to go out and talk to them since they prioritize guests who walk in for short-time stays. This is not a good app experience for me.

The website should have indicated that this is just a drive inn and not the hotel that we expected that is within Malate area. Had I known that this is just a motel, then I should have chosen other hotel instead. So disappointing.

Wifi is slow and internet very slow.

Beddings not good. I order twice hot water, it's not clean

They were so bad, last september 20, 2017, 3 hours after booking me and my husband went to sogo quirino branch, the girl said that the room was not available how could it possible! we can understand about their availability of their rooms but the approached of that personnel was so bad. Another one she said that she will look for the system and put the rooms into zero to make rooms unavailable is that right? They must accommodate us without reasoning. Last thing they gave us room uncomfortable, there was a crack in the door knob, the aircon has no remote control and so noisy the comport room has no heater. All in all we felt bad on that night on that experience we were no longer highly recommend that hotel. Thank you

We stay for one week, every time we go out the staff will ask check out? Not friendly staff, complicated rules, we have to give room key every time we go out. Water drop from the roof.
