部屋は広くて清潔でしたが、バスルームのドアが壊れていました。危うく締め出されそうになりました。開け閉めが大変でした。エレベーターはアップグレードが必要です

My stay at the hotel was perfect. 10/10.

The whole room is old. Their hand sink is quite damaged. There is no water hose for bowel movement. There is no outlet near the lamp shade if you want to charge your cellphone by the bed,you have to pull the bed first since their outlet is hidden by the bed. Windows are not clean.

Charged for blood stain, can't see their rules and regulations inside the room especially for additional charges.

This is my second stay in this hotel I'm very disappointed. The room is smaller than the last time although I booked the same Superior room. I requested for two twin beds but they gave me a double bed. The wifi in the room is too spotty, I had to sit near the door to get a decent signal.

You gave me wiif access but wifi can't reach my room.

Staff are courteous and helpful. The room is very relaxing to stay and sleep in. The hotel is situated strategically near the cebu business district, ayala mall and church. Highly recommending it to people who would visit cebu city.

The room was pretty big for a standard room, flat screen tv, the window was of no use. Pretty small and in the corner, you won’t see anything. The breakfast do not have much choices, don’t expect anything. We went to the restaurant to eat lunch, but all aircons were off, so hot, so we decided to just have it is delivered to our room, then it’s with a service charge. Over all it’s an old hotel but spacious

The staffs were friendly, accommodation was nice. Internet connection needs improvement — It was fast but always get disconnected. Overall I’m going to give a thumbs up.

It was a mistake to come here. It does not provide real comfort. Small fridge nothing inside. Hotel needs renovation. Smell of the hallway is not good. Aircon is working but it is broken. No toiletries. No complimentary bottled water. I forgot my room number. I love the food though. I don't think I will ever come back here. I do not see value of what I have paid.

it was ok. they don't have complimentary toothbrush, drink and room is small. their breakfast buffet was something not fresh. the aisle to our room doesn't smell good.

The room was spacious enough to move around and dine but when we had our breakfast the next day there was small insect...

part of what I paid for was the free wifi but when I checked the reception I was told there is no wifi for the rooms upstairs.

Old needs rehab ... Elevator outmoded

Stay in Golden Peak was okay. The only thing made my stay bad was the hotel staff and the hotel service. Being connected to a lifestyle mag was hectic, sometimes you need to stay extra night or day depending on the assignment requires you to finish. During my stay in Golden Peak, this situation happened. I had to rebook my stay thrice online (which where I get better rates) and inform them the next day before check out. They seemed to be very annoyed that I needed to extend and that happened on my second and third night. As much as I wanted to stay longer due to its very ideal location, I had to move out.
