Room was very clean. Staff were very friendly. Pool view was very nice.

The air-conditioning is not working that well, and they opted us to transfer to another room... And guess what? The same problem again- the aircon is worst than the first room they offered to us... And the remedy? They offer us an electric fan! So the whole evening we used the fan... And please holiday spa... Update your linens! King size bed is great, but with centuries bedsheets on won't justify the size of your great king size-bed... Coming back to holiday spa again... Even for an evening? Not for now!

I enjoyed the pool and great night at the hotel.

Our stay is good but the lady in the beverage counter made in unsatisfying. We arrived Friday night with 3 rooms reserved. After we went back to the hotel from dinner, my sister went to the beverage counter to inquire if they have wilkins bottled water available but on her surprised, the lady told her to ask someone else because she is already off duty. Seriously? If she is already off duty, then why in the earth she is in the counter? And is it too hard to answer a simple question? That kind of employee gives the hotel a bad impression. Have that employee’s attitude checked.

Budget friendly hotel. Breakfast was plated in but it was good. Pool was big but didn't have the chance to dipped in. Hotel room was big and clean.

Front desk staff were approachable. Room was very spacious. Cappuccino coffee was perfect!

The pool is huge. The room is spacious but the sheets looks old and dusty. Breakfast is good.
