The room is very old and dirty... They don't have fridge in the room even though we get the family room. The breakfast buffet only had 2 choices of dishes.

My family enjoyed our stay. Hope our room have windows. Batis Aramin offers lots of amenities. Worth the price.

The room look exactly in the pictures; spacious and comfy. My only concern is that it's not as clean as expected. Even the extra bed I requested, it was just a mattress placed on floor. Breakfast should be improved. It's like you're in a feeding program, offering 1 meat, 1 egg, fried rice, 1 fried egg, watermelon, 3-in-1 coffee and milo chocolate drink. The zipline experience was awesome though. The facilitators were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Although the broken stairs leading up the tower should be replaced immediately to prevent from having accident within that area.

Room and amenities are superb! They have a lot of swimming pools to enjoy especially kids and kids at heart but on food including the free breakfast are quite a few to choose and manpower service are very low, we are all waiting for about 15 mins to refill there foods, plates and spoon and fork needs some improvement on the restaurant and breakfast served.

Excellent service! Staff were accommodating and friendly. Room service was fast and accurate.

Buffet breakfast was limited to only longganisa, eggs and rice. No other choices. Area around pools are strewn with leaves and branches and no one seems to be cleaning them. Pool itself has leaves and twigs and ants and sand in and around. Water doesn't look clean. One night stay would be enough.

The room provided to us was big and spacious. The resort's amenities look good in pictures, but much better once you get to see them in person. The service provided by the personnel was commendable. This resort really exceeded my expectation considering its location. We will definitely visit this place!

The room we got is good as advertised only there is no wifi in the room and cellphone signal is poor. Buffet Breakfast has limited food choices but service is good enough. We arrived early for check-in and room check-in strictly enforced but, we were allowed to use the swimming pool which gave us something to do while waiting for our room to get ready and available. Staff are polite and courteous which makes your stay extra pleasant. Plus its proximity to Kamay ni Hesus makes it more advantageous

When I placed and paid my room reservation last April 1, 2018, my room will be Pretty Paw Room, Batis Aramin Resort and Hotel. However, upon checked in, April 7, Aramin Hotel receptionist said, "the room is occupied, however, you will be accommodated in hotel room 107". I am a frequent visitor of Aramin and I know the difference between Pretty Paw and Hotel room 107. I prefer the former than the latter room. But because my reservation is already paid, I had no choice but to stay in room 107.

Staff are friendly and facilities are good. But need to improve cleanliness of private pool near Pavilion.

The place is superb, although some areas are still under construction, but once it is finished, it will be a very very nice place to stay with your family. I will definitely recommend it and we will be back by summer.
