The details of hotel is not accurate so make confused for customer, we don't know it if hotel under management of usp shell, when i have to check in customer service said to me, for give their the room number which is i didn't know it, usually if we have to check in they're prepare for everything but it is not.

Payment for swimming service is not acceptable, it makes customers unsatisfied.

Great place for a staycation. Neat room with basic necessities like towels, shampoo, and soap. I'd wished there was a slippers but not a problem at all. The room was properly maintained. One thing that is not explained to us was there is a fee of P150 for guest/s who wants to swim in their pool. Overall, we like it.

iIt was ok but there was no cable.

We booked a stay last 26-27 of Dec. At first it was okay we checked in early and waited only a few mins for someone to assist us. The first room that we got was on the 3rd floor with a good location and has a good pool view the room was cozy and fine. Only problem was the toilet flush and bidet was not working. They tried to fix it but apparently the maintenance person was not available that day. So we were transferred to the 8th floor. Room was so dark and the lights were very dim. the view was not good; it's on the side of the building. And worst part was there were insects everywhere, especially the kitchen so we weren't able to use the utensils in the cabinet. Hope next time they would check the place carefully before letting the guest in.

Everything is as posted. nice and clean rooms. we will come back for our next family staycation.

Everything works fine, check in process is fast, AC, TV Cable, WIFI, utensils work fine. Will be staying here again some other time
