Buruk liftnya tidak jalan harus naik tangga, belum lagi ac nya tidak jalan akhirnya di pindah kamar tp acnya tidak terlalu dingin.

Lift rusak! Kene angkat koper banyak banyak naik turun tangga! Macam hotel yang nak bangkrut tapi berusaha tetap jalan. Very bad!

Tiada tuala disediakan.. kena buat bayaran lain untuk tuala lif rosak dan tiada pembaikkan

Semuanya sangat memuaskan. Check-in cepat, semua fasilitas bagus, air panas untuk mandi bagus, kamar mandi luas, AC dingin, kamarnya bersih, handuknya bersih dan baru, toiletnya bagus, airnya lancar dan bersih, di sekitar hotel banyak pedagang makanan tinggal pilih mau makan apa, Station LRT dekat. Pokoknya sangat memuaskan.

Room are not too small or too big. Just nice for 4 people to just sleep. It's okay for the 2 star hotel but quite no muslim friendly as there’s no enough space to Solat.

Cockroaches everywhere! How unpleasant!

Bilik ok dan selesa, toilet pun oke, cuma kedudukan aircond agak tak strategi, so far oke. Kedai makan pun dekat sangat, puas hati.

Everything was good except water at shower area don't drain quickly. I presumed drainage piping was clogged. Complaint to the hotel but nothing was done as it was at night and housekeeping only works at 9am and 6 pm only. The hotel management should do something about this matter soonest.

We stayed for 4 people in family room. The room was rather small and very basic. But it is very near to LRT Setiawangsa. There's a lot of shops including 24H shops like 7 Eleven, Muslim Restaurants, Malay stalls that you can pay a visit if you are hungry at night.

Bilik bersih dan selesa, wifi sangat laju, parking banyak, banyak gerai makan berhampiran, dekat dengan lrt setiawangsa, keselamatan terjamin, selalu ke hotel ini.

It is clean, tidy and big space for family vacation! overall I'm satisfied!

Average stay. Park at your own risk. Room is clean but I found those little insect inside our room.

Pros: - comfort bed - many parking space - near to 7-11 Cons: - only one key card was given. my family need to come down and stay at the lobby while I went to nearest shop as the elevator need to scan key card to access. if they stay in the room, then I cant access the elevator because no key card. - please give extra key card for family room.
