スタッフはとても親切で、対応も素晴らしかった。

素晴らしい👍🏼。とても広々としたホテルです。

ホテルはクアラトレンガヌ市の中心部に位置しており、クイーンベッドの部屋を予約しました。部屋はとても広く、バスタブも付いていました（ただし、バスタブには洗面台のカバーがありませんでした）。満足です。また後日、ホテルケナンガンを予約したいと思います。

2つ星ホテルですが、部屋は値段に見合う価値があり、スタッフの対応も良いです。清潔で、ホテルの近くには施設も充実しています。ただ、市街地にあるため、駐車場を見つけるのが少し難しいかもしれません。

このホテルに2回宿泊しました。ホテルスタッフのサービスは大変良かったです。階下はなく、全員が階段を上る必要があります。1回目は1階のファミリールーム103号室に宿泊しました。部屋は少しくすんでいますが、清潔です。クローゼット、礼拝用マット、バスタオル、バスソープ、飲料水、ティッシュが用意されています。水は清潔です。2回目はファミリールーム204号室に宿泊しました。部屋とバスルームは清潔です。今回はとても快適でしたが、クローゼットと給湯器はありませんでした。部屋は2階です。エレベーターが故障しているため、階段を上るのも大変です。ホテルがゲストの利便性のためにエレベーターを修理してくれることを願っています。3回目もファミリールームを予約しました。1回目と2回目よりも良くなっていることを願っています。

スタッフは悪くない。扇風機だけが壊れていて、テレビはリモコンがもらえず、聞いても「リモコンがない」と言われるだけ。そもそもテレビって何のためにあるの？ それにマットレスにはトコジラミがいて、うわー。

部屋はかなり広く、エアコンも問題なく、バスルームも問題ありません。ただ、シャワーを浴びた後、防水加工が不十分なようで、部屋に水が浸入してくるのが少し気になりました。大したことではないのですが、かなり不快です。経営陣がこの問題を改善してくれれば、この好立地のホテルは最高です。

エレベーターは修理が必要です。高齢者は階段を使うことができません。

立地も良く部屋も清潔でした。

For me, the prices did not fit with the services provided. Maybe can reduce price or change bed for new one.

Be prepared to pay for additional parking fees of rm 12 due to hotel doesn't have its own parking as what is stated in the apps.

Taklah begitu baik tapi taklah begitu teruk. Sesuai dengan hotel bajet.

receptionist was not helping at all. 1st room was too scary all old furniture. fan are not functioning then I request another room. yet having problem blackout suddenly once I switch on the water heater. overall this is the worst experience ever for me and my family☹️

Bilik ok ok jer, aircond berbunyi agak bising sedikit, air tandas warna kuning kecuali air pancuran.

Lantai tidak disapu bersih, bilik air n tandas juga tidak bersih, lift sangkot sangkot, lift lobby panas sebab outdoor acond dipasang di luar bilik@ lift lobby channel TV hanya satu yang dapat ditonton.

Very reasonable price. Located in the middle of Kuala Terengganu in front of Maybank and beside AmBank. A bit hard to find as the road is one way and Google Maps direction not updated. Hotel does not provide parkings. Receptionist not friendly. The curtains are dusty. Water only provided at the lobby as there is no kettle in the room. Environment a bit noisy.

It's ok. Suitable with the price.
