立地は本当に良く、部屋もとても清潔です。少なくとも3回はここに泊まりました。近くにはヘルスランド・アソークがあり、他にもたくさんのマッサージ店があります。ターミナル21、BTSアソーク駅、MRTスクンビット駅まで徒歩5分です。私たちはファミリースイートのコネクティングルームに宿泊しましたが、バスルームから水漏れがあり、ある部屋にはバスタブが1つしかなく、シャワーを浴びるには中に入らなければなりませんでした。今ではそんなことをする人はいません。快適さを提供するにはシャワー室が必要だと思います。高齢者がバスタブの中に入らなければならないなんて想像もできません。

ホテルのスタッフはとても親切で、サービスも良かったです👌

ターミナル21から徒歩約5分です。スタッフはフレンドリーで、部屋もバスルームも清潔です。ベッドはとても快適です。屋上にはプールもあります。

7月8日から11日まで滞在したのですが、その日は私と彼氏の誕生日だったので、ホテルは二人のために部屋と可愛いケーキを用意してくれました。部屋はとても清潔で、立地も良く、様々なアメニティがすぐそばにあります。何より、スタッフ全員が親切で感じが良かったです。バンコクに行く機会があれば、また必ずこのホテルに泊まりたいです。❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

スタッフと乗務員はフレンドリーで親切で、常に顧客に対して笑顔で接してくれますが、トイレタリー類は完全にカバーされておらず、バスタブのホースの蛇口は壊れていました。

2nd time staying at the Arte Hotel! Love the location (short walk ~5mins to terminal 21 and Asok BTS station) and the rooms were spacious! The staffs were really helpful and friendly and speaks English well! We stayed for 7 nights but house keeping could have some improvement (our previous stay was great) as hand towels were not given after first day, toiletries were thrown on the toilet table haphazardly. Nonetheless, still recommend this hotel due to its location and friendly staffs!

Staff were very helpful and they are placed a baby cot for my 1yo without extra charges. They were also very friendly, showed the koi and the big tortoise/turtle that they reared to the kids, and also helped us guide the grab driver to the hotel. In addition, the room was spacious and clean. The kids enjoyed themselves very much. Terminal 21, Asok BTS Station, Sukhumvit underground train station was about 10mins walking distance.

Khách sạn mới đẹp, vị trí thuận tiện, bác bảo vệ dễ thương, giá hơi cao chút nhưng đáng thử khu vực terminal 21. Nếu quay lại mình sẽ book lại khách sạn này nhiều ngày hơn

Its all good. But I think the ceiling is too low for my height. But overall good hotel.

The hotel service is good and location is good. The room also cozy. However, the room I was stayed at first floor, and I was disturbed by the outside noise who worked in the car porch in the midnight at 2am. Other than that, overall is good and I will definitely come back again.

Phòng giống hình,mùi phòng lúc đầu hơi khó chịu nhưng bật đh xong thì cũng hết mùi. Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình chu đáo,bảo vệ chào hỏi khách mỗi khi khách ra vào khách sạn. Khách sạn rất gần BTS,Terminal 21 và các cửa hàng tiện lợi

Hotel looks good and new from the outside but some items are spoil and not provided. Blind outside toilet and rain shower head faulty. Call the staff and couldn't do anything accept changing room which will take hours for a free room of high floor. No ice maker in room, have to buy. Lousy room slippers, no bathrobe and no glasses for wine or liquor. Stayed 3 nights, on the 1st night, room cleaning didn't not refill coffee, 2nd night no drinking water, 3rd night no toothbrush and hand towels. Have to call reception every night. Staff were not as friendly as other hotel in Bangkok. 10-15 mins walk to BTS station.

Clean and nice place. Tempatnya agak tersembunyi tapi sangat strategist, dekat sevel, dekat MRT, dekat bts line, dekat mall and all just 5 mins walk.

Nói chung cũng ok, gần Terminal 21 và 2 line tàu điện. Điểm chê duy nhất là dịch vụ dọn phòng chán quá, không thay ga giường và đồ aminity hết cũng không bỏ thêm vào
