Great place. Clean and spacious and affordable.

The room was spacious and clean! The staff were all nice and very accommodating. Cons: there's no elevator and the wifi signal in this room is really weak. But it was a great stay and I will definitely pick this hotel and room if I will ever need to stay in Naga City again.

Still a fantastic experience as always.

I arrived 7 AM but couldn't check in early because they claimed that the single bedroom was full. They asked me to pay 500 to temporarily stay in a double room until 12. As I don't want to be hassled transferring room to room, they do not want me to just upgrade rooms. The receptionist was not really helpful. Bad experience.

Their rooms published in every site was misleading. We didn't get the room we expect. From bed linens, towels, you can't even use it, looks like a rags because of its color. You cannot sleep because of the noisy air-con. No elevator, not good for senior citizen. Sad to say, will never recommend this hotel. You cannot rest and relax after a long travel.

Friendly staff. Though there are issues with the heater and there’s a leak on the back of the TV which was a bit scary since there are wires. It’s a good stay though.

We didn't get the room we expect. Upon arrival, the room was too small. It's like a "bodega". Can't sleep at night because of the noisy aircon. You can't even use their towels because it almost looks like a rag due to its color. Only one word can describe my experience here: terrible!!

Everything is great! they just need an elevator.

Food is good. Staff are very accommodating. Good parking. Though quite noisy when your room is facing the street and the door is quite old and squeaking and hard to unlock. They need to renovate so they can serve well because the location of the hotel is near all places you wanted to see.

The staffs are so friendly and approachable. The service is superb for a budget hotel. However, It could be much better if the hotel has elevator because it is so tiring going up and down the staircase. But, overall, my stay is nice.

Problem with air condition due to vibration of the air condition that makes us uncomfortable.

Some of the front office desk are not accommodating.

1. The AC is leaking and the room is not that cold. Below the AC is the television and socket, I was afraid that both may get wet. During my first day I was not able to take a rest because the AC was creating too much noise due to the formation of ice. 2. Poor wifi connection. My brother and I kept on calling the front desk. They didn't believe me when I was the only one calling that's why I ask my brother to call them also. During my 3rd day I informed them that there was no wifi connection, they just told me to wait because a lot of people are using the wifi (this is a small 2 stroey hotel). 3. The toilet is dirty and got molds in it. I have no choice but to ask them to transfer me to another room. 4. It's like a motel not a hotel.

The location is good and is not far from SM Naga (10mins walk/ 8php trike) . I was on room 303 (3rdflr) and came from a very long travel (manila) and there was no elevator. Its not that negative to me but given the travel I came from. The blankets are clean and thick. But the major bad to me was the bathroom. The mat was misplaced , the toilet was not cleaned (it was not flushed!), the floor has candle drippings and I need to request for toiletries! I had to do some quick cleaning on the bathroom before I rest. Over all, its good if not because of the bathroom.
