The room was very old. Cockroaches were present around the corners. No water in the toilet in the morning. Limited complimentary breakfast choices.

We didn't enjoy our stay in terra rika. First the hotel is filthy, lots of cockroaches inside the room. The staff not so welcoming, we had trouble with them because they said we need to pay extra because the room we booked is not register in their system, but its been paid online. I think they're just trying to rip us off. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, we are not happy staying there. It's a terrible hotel.

The place is not well maintain. The room is not what we see in the booking site, mahina yung aircon, meron tv pero wala kang napapanuod, nung gusto namin lumipat ng kwarto. Ayaw kaming ilipat. Yung beach na enjoy namin.
