the receptions was unwelcome and so slow service. the hotel didn't prepare the extra bed for us event I have booked and paid for more than a month. the room was decored beautiful but the appliances was so old and stained. the breakfast time was also lack of service by small amount of hotel staffs.

โดยรวมดีค่ะ แต่มีข้อควรปรับดังนี้ 1. ระบบน้ำร้อนที่ทำงานได้ไม่ทั่วถึง ดังนั้นตอนไปช่วงธ.ค. จะอาบน้ำต้องตั้งสมาธิก่อนอาบมากค่ะ เพราะหนาวมาก ก๊อกน้ำอุ่นกับน้ำเย็นแทบไม่ต่างกัน 2. โรงแรมอาจไม่เหมาะกับผู้สูงวัยนักเพราะไม่มีลิฟท์

The bathroom was not properly repaired. Smudges of cement to improve the cracks make it difficult to clean. Dirty looking shower. Bathroom curtain too short to prevent splashing of water from the tub while showering. I decided not to take a shower at all. This is a typical old hotel, It has not been well maintained, likely due to non experience house keeping. So it is running down.
