The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom are okay. We didn't try the pool because it has been raining non stop. The bad thing is you need to have your own car to get there or get a tour package. The place is more like a retreat centre or for a company team building. Taxi or Grab from the airport won't get you there. I hired a private cab from the airport and paid double the price which is p2600. There are also no Grab or taxi servicing the area. You need to ride a tri-cycle to get around and the traffic is bad plus non stop raining. Going back to Manila, you need to catch a bus at the transport terminal. The resort don't provide airport transfer as published on its website. At the resort, the is no cafeteria or restaurant. But you can order delivery from either KFC, Chow King or Jollibee. They is a small convenient shop at the resort. I noticed for 2 nights a group of teenage Koreans eating instant noodles. If you get what I mean. Breakfast delivered every morning to the room was cold and so so. Overall, is was a good experience. But I would think twice before going there again.
