The room was quiet and clean. Service was prompt to grant our requests. Staff was friendly and efficient. Food was Ok and reasonably priced.

it was worth while, we rested well! we checked in late but we were not able to find a parking space, we have to wait for like 30mins.

WiFi is very slow. I went back down to the reception area to connect as WiFi is not available in my room.

Accommodating staffs and courteous

I stayed for 2 nights in Dreamwave Hotel, Santiago City and then booked another night because my trip to Manila was cancelled. Stayed in a Superior Room. My rate for the first 2 nights would have been excellent despite the bad breakfast and the WiFi not working, since the location was perfect (it's just beside the mall), the comforter and bed were heavenly, service was good and there was hot shower. Then on the 3rd night the room where I stayed at looked neglected. CR has yellowish tiles. I overlooked this because the bed and comforter were still comfortable. The one thing that I cannot overlook however was that my cellphone has no signal/service inside the room. I'm a globe subscriber. And WiFi is still not available at that time. Good thing there was the TV with lovely channels. Overall it was ok.

Our hotel room is great and I also liked the bathroom. We enjoyed our stay although it needs improvement on breakfast meals.
