Very affordable and a decent place to stay. They also have a pool with slides.

The hotel has a good location and amenities too. But the service is not good. They ask you what do you like for breakfast and when you choose on their menu and order, they said only one choice is available because all the others are run out of stock. It 's like, wow really? They know they have guests and market is near, how come they don't restock? We book 3 rooms equivalent to 15 pax.

The hotel is far from downtown so if you need to buy something or go to the city center, you have to pay P15 for the tricycle ride going to downtown and when coming back, drivers will charge you anywhere from P50 to P80. The aircon remote did not work at first so they need to replace it. My room was located near the area where there is noise from a machine (for the electricity or the pool). Wifi is spotty and my calls are chappy inside the room. Breakfast is so-so although the staff was accommodating enough of my breakfast request. The front desk staff needs to be also knowledgeable and helpful when guests will ask them what transportation should we ride if we want to go further north to Pagudpud and which is fastest (van or bus).

Only basic things are provided in terms of toiletries, staff are accommodating and hotel is really clean esp the pool as water is replaced everyday.

The place is good, especially the air conditioner. It’s the modern type which is quiet. The only thing is the place is far from the downtown.

This place not good! Staffs are really unfriendly and inapproachable! They didn't even greet us when we arrived. Quiet arrogant. I guess the owner isn't aware of the attitude of the staffs especially the ones in reception area. I don't recommend this place. If you don't want to have a bad day try to look for a better one.

Lights in the room and bathroom are really dim. Our bed has no headboard. There's a loud squeaking sound (like shoes on a basketball court) that's persisting on the hallway. Plain rice instead of fried rice for "silog" meals.

Our stay was great and enjoy. considering the amount. I can recommend this to my friends.

A nice pool. rooms are okay. staff are accommodating and will fix your problem like online booking. very considerate
