The pool is too small and hotel are over capacity. Should control the amount of people using the pool. Me and family didn't swim enough.

The hotel vibe is amazing, cozy place, near 7-11, the staff are all friendly and have good hospitality, fast response, helpful, I will definitely come back.

Hotel is OK but the area where the hotel is located is not good. You are not safe.

I purposely booked this hotel just because of a strategic location, but oh my God it exceeded my expectation. It was realy perfect and even if I was just alone, staying at the hotel, but I had a memorable experience. Also, there's an affordable spa just in front of the hotel. The amazing one was they also have a 7/11 with an ATM. I'd love to be back here. I just want to commend the staff, everyone was very hospitable! They will greet you with a smile all the time. Kudos!

Nice stay and staff are all accommodating. The location is very accessible for us and the food in our dinner buffet is cheaper than other restaurants but taste good 😊 thank you so much. Affordable stay in this hotel.

The room was very comfortable but I was surprised that there were cockroaches, because I hate cockroaches. Hopefully it can be cleaner again for the room.

It ' s clean hotel. Staff are nice and very accommodating. We will stay again next time for sure 😊.

The place is beautiful and cozy. But they have to install more lights in the main entrance and add more security. On the night of our stay, we were at the pool, one of the guests panicked because there was a commotion outside the entrance of the hotel, the guest shouted that a guy was carrying a gun. It was so frightening that led all of us to panic. The hotel staff didn't bother to explain nor apologise after the incident happened. On a one hand, It was only a one day stay so I can only speak for the duration of my stay. Overall, its a good hotel, budget friendly and good ambience. However, they definitely need to improve their security as safety should be above everything else.

The staff were very helpful and the place was well maintained. A good hotel for holiday as they have a nice pool and garden area plus it is close to a convenience store, spa and salon.

Rooms are spacious, beds are big, services have improved since my 1st and 2nd time and their breakfast buffet is delicious for a Php300 rate.

Pros : *great place, the location was very accessible *the ambience was worth the price, we felt as if we were in palawan or bohol. *room was clean enough. Not excellent but 'twas okay. *great massage is only a few steps away. Cons: *food was expensive, we decided to eat out instead. *water coming from the shower and sink were totally cringe-worthy. It felt slimy and unclean. This was the first time iv'e ever experienced this, it was totally gross. As soon as we arrived home I showered right away. *room was a bit old.

Parking is hard, staff ignored us while carrying our luggage, our room was dark because our window faced a wall, walls are thin so when there are people walking in the hallway you will be disturbed. I keep sneezing while trying to sleep because of my allergies to dust and molds.

I had the perfect stay here. The place is relaxing and the staffs are accommodating. There are also activities to enjoy yourself with. Even though I traveled solo, it felt like I had some friends with me since the staffs are generous enough to take pictures and assist me in my needs. The room facilities are also great.

The check in process was a bit disappointing. They do not have a copy of our itinerary/reservation. I had to forward the email confirmation to them. The room size was ok but we have few concerns during our stay. The red throw pillows on the bed kinda smell so we have to remove it from the bed. There are bath towels but no hand towels. The sockets are far from the bed. The room felt bare and confined as there were no artworks on the wall. There was an air diffuse on the room but no scent. There's a separate pool towel but there's only one towel left for the two of us and it has a hole. The food were really delicious though!

The room is not that clean and smell of the room is not the good. The receptionist are not that approachable and nakasimangot especially the one who assisted us when we request for transfer due to unpleasant smell of the room.
