スタッフはフレンドリーですが、残念なのはバスルームと水がきちんと機能していなかったことです。水が出ないときもありました。

You get what you pay for, its worth it 's price. Location is also good.

Property is not well maintained. Room doesn't smell good. Bed is itchy and smells bad. Air conditioning doesn't work. And bathroom looks untidy.

When I got there, there was a electrical interruption (brown out). They also said that smoking is prohibited but neighbors from near rooms are puffing cigarettes. This is hard for me since I can't sleep while smelling the smoke coming in my room.

Pros: Very convenient location, walking distance to most Bacolod tourist spots, friendly and accommodating staffs. Cons: Rooms lights not bright enough, air conditioner can be noisy.

1. The place is in a public market so you can just imagine how busy it is. 2. The building is old and should've been condemned a long time ago. 3. My biggest complaint is the bathroom. It is straight up filthy and disgusting. I was even scared of parking my bum on the toilet seat. They painted the interiors to improve the place but they never bothered to update the bathroom. Ew just unsanitary. 4. There is an open partition on the wall that separates it from the hallway. You can hear everything going on. Can hear every conversation, step, and door opening. 5. The aircon unit is so loud but was still unable to cool the room. I couldn't sleep because of the noise and heat. I have a terrible headache in the morning due to this. I stayed in RM 204. Was supposed to be a 2 night stay but I got the hell out of dodge the morning after the 1st night.

Amazing, especially if you want to bring your work, wifi is excellent and the area is also great when it comes to a data network so even when there's a problem with wifi, Data is still fast enough (50mbps) I can't help but to keep coming back and forth in this accommodation because of convenience, had some little problems but if you're not that sensitive, it's not a big deal. Advice though, I have experience being bothered by some of the housekeeping team, I am working night shift so I am asleep during the day, I have experience being opened by a housekeeping staff during the day when I was asleep and I was very shocked! She said she thought no one was inside because I was not answering! Like with? But I did not raise any complaint as she sincerely apologize. AC is not that cool enough as well, but hey, who am I to complain? This place is very convenient and very affordable.

Staff are very accomodating & abrupt in extending assistance for client's concerns all throughout of your stay.

its a good place to stay if you are on a budget and it is expected for Ilonggos to be friendly and nice. Can hear noises outside the room but over all I have a pleasant stay.

Overall, it is okay. Except for the leakages on the pipes in the comfort room that cause a wet floor below the lavatory and around the toilet bowl.

Pros: Super near the plaza and other famous restos in Bacolod. Best place to stay paf Masskara Festival. The wifi is also fast enough. Cons: the air conditioning does not work very well, no elevator so we had to climb the stairs up to 4f, no bathroom soaps or shampoos provided Overall I will still recommend it if you are just backpacking. I will give it a rating of 7/10.

The room is too hot even fully aircondition

Sobrang init, ang aircon sira. Maraming cockroach halos di kami nakatulog. Ang CR marumi at ang towel para ng basahan.

good place for the price. better if the management fix the shower head and add the hot and cold system.

their towels look really old that my husband said it looked like a rug. bathroom wasn't that nice also. good thing we stayed there for 1night.

Sobrang malapit sa port, SM at plaza. Okay naman yung stay namin. Tahimik yung place. Yung towels luma talaga. Wala din silang soap pero ayos na. If you just want a place to sleep at take a bath sobrang okay na to.
