Friendly staff. One of the better hotels.

The hotel was dirty. No lift. I got fourth floor. No wifi at room, only at the lobby. One plus things for the hotel is nearest white beach.

No available floormat. You can feel the bed covers had sands on it. I emailed them and even send them a message in facebook messenger few days before our booking to arrange a decoration because it was my companion's birthday. They replied but after we checked out. good job huh?! -never again and will not recommend it to my friends

It was as expected and rated. They allowed us to check in early without additional cost and the place was very conveniently located in front of the beach. The AC was great. Food was ok too. All in all a good experience :)

Madumi cr, maalikabok yung room! Parang di napapalitan yung beddings, mahina aircon, cr pa pinto, buti nalang bumawi sila sa food masarap.

Check in is 2pm... I was able to check in at almost 4pm! There was no available room when I arrived. Room is not that tidy. Napakahina ng shower! No signal in the room. Sa lobby lang ang wifi :(.

Awesome stay at the Dreamwave Beach Resort.

It's not commendable. Everything f*cked up, the AC won't cool down, the sink won't drain, the shower almost cooked the skin of my partner because it is not functioning well and almost electricuted us. Everything was just so annoying, sayang ang bayad sobrang mahal worst hotel ever!

The staffs are accommodating, they let us check in at 12noon (2pm is the standard). The room is very nice and clean. Downside is that the big window's lock is broken. The free breakfast is good. And the location is the best!

マラシンボ・フェスティバルのためにプエルト・ガレラへ行きました。ホワイトビーチの目の前だったので、滞在が本当に気に入りました。部屋は私たちにはちょうどいい広さで、安全で快適に過ごせました。全く不満はなく、2020年のマラシンボ・フェスティバルでもまた予約すると思います♡

The people were really nice. I was suppose to give them a higher rating, but the facility was not so good. Nagka-skin problem ako dahil ako ay nakagat ng bed mites.

I love it here. I love the comfy feel of hallsways and the bedroom. Negative: Old AC was cold at first but could not last for longer duration. After 1 night, feels like fan.

Staff are very accommodating even though we experienced brownout twice.

Beach front, friendly and honest staff, free drinking water for the guest, strong shower decent beddings, cool A/C best value for money for a 3 star rating. Will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

It's a good hotel, only that the female front desk agent wasn't too accommodating or friendly when I checked-in. I kinda felt like she's not too happy with what she's doing as an employee of that hotel. Maybe that needs to be addressed to minimize disappointments. The bell boy, though is accommodating and greeted us with a smile and excitement.

The place was great. Beachfront, ang ayw q lng mhina ang tubig s cr, but our over all stay was great. 😊

There was no water in our hotel room, the service was poor. Food was not good.
