I do not recommend staying at this condo at all! First, we arrived at midnight at Baguio and we referred to the address indicated here. From the bus station, it says that it's only around 20 mins walk. Because it is very hard to hire a taxi, we just decided to walk. When we arrived at the address indicated here and talked to the guard he said that it is the other Goshenland condominium and ours is different and very far from their. Imagine our situation 1:30am in the morning and the contact no. indicated here can't be reached. When we arrived here, it seems like the guard do not know that we have a paid unit here. 2nd, the price is way way higher than you would get out of this. The amenities indicated are not true!! There are no wifi, the TV for 2/3 days of our stay don't have an antenna we have to wait for the maintenance to fix it. And when it was "fixed" you can only watch 2 channel with very blurry pictures and disturbing signal sounds. Mobile device signal is also not good. No rags and the lock of the cr is not working. The location is also very far from the city center. If I were you do not book this place and waste your money and energy. This is the worst accommodation I've been to.

we booked on the same day we checked in. When we arrived, the staff was not able to retrieve our reservation from the computer right away. We were initially given a room for two persons when there are three of us. Parking space was limited, we were told to park on the side of the road near a 'no parking' sign. There was no wifi in the room.

Keep it up! Try to improve more to be the best!

Our stay was okay. Poor internet connection in the area.

The place was actually a dormitory for some SLU student in the area. The place is about 2.5 km from Session Road and considering that it is far from the City proper expect high transportation budget. No towel, soap, tissue and other paraphernalia is available. If you want to feel a more vibrant Baguio I won't recommend the place. But, I would recommend the place if you want a silent place to relax.
