Nice and relax. Good for honeymoon. The view was awesome.

Nice place for relaxing. Overall room was clean. Tv channel not so clear. No phone signal, lucky got wifi. Last make sure you on the heater switch when you enter the room, there was a warning sign beside the switch but normally people won't read it 😄. If you on when you go to shower the heater will not deliver the hot water,u will shower with very very cold water😅😅.

Sebelum ni book hotel kat sini jugak. Ok. Yang jaganya seorang perempuan melayu dengan aunty india. Bilik kemas dan bersih walaupun bangunan dah lama. Saya faham kalau ada lumut kat dinding bangunan sikit-sikit sebab kawasan lembapan tinggi. Dan saya dapat bilik besar tak silap bilik mula-mula tu delima. Kali ni saya pergi dapat bilik zamrud yang kecil. Coaster mug tu macam tak bertukar siap ada gumpalan habuk kat situ. Ada sarang labah-labah kat pintu. Pemegang pintu almari pun sebelah ada sebelah tak de. Kerusi solek pun patah-patah dengan kusyen yang koyak. Cadar ada kesan kotoran dan bantal bau busuk. Tisu habis. Pekerja yang layan untuk check in tu (lelaki berjanggut) sudah la terkial-kial tak baca resit (saya dah bayar awal). Lepas tu cakap "bayar RMxxx lepas tu saya bagi kunci". Sangat tak professional. Nak balik dia cakap "kunci" dengan tangan menadah. Rasa macam saya hutang dia pulak. Nak check in & check out kena tunggu lama. Nak call nombor yang tertera kat notes ditampal kat pintu tu tak dapat sebab bangunan tu line memang tak de servis langsung. Saya sangat tak puas hati. Lepas ni kalau datang fraser memang takkan stay kat banglo ni dah. Teruk!

Could do with some upgrades. Beautiful view from the balcony that I got. Food not provided within the premise so be prepared to eat outside.

Memuaskan kecuali keperluan makan perlu keluar cari makan di mana food court adalah dalam jarak 0.8 km.

Cadangan saya supaya pintu masuk ke bilik harus di tukar kerana pelanggan terpaksa membuang masa lama untuk membuka pintu bilik kerana lubang kunci yang longgar. Tiada Astro menyebabkan siaran tv biasa tidak cantik. Line talipon tiada walaupun mengginap di TM Bangalow.

Memang terbaik sesuai untuk yang mencari ketenangan.

No WiFi and the bathroom is very run down.

I'm booking for my dad to have us vocation. But his feedback is there without a toilet paper, and the air in the room is not fresh and smelly from the cold wet weather. I think TM Resort will have a better solution.

we stayed in an apartment. a bit dusty at the windows only. no breakfast included was ok with me. nice staff.
