Ok.. At first I have been told by the reception.that my booking haven't got into their email, meanwhile I got my confirmation perfectly.. But somehow a lady told me I can't check in first if am not calling the agency to send back the confirmation. Lucky at that moment I still can be passion enough to understand why I just can't check in and she's the one who called the agency instead of me? By the way you should directly go to the avenue for the road name.. Do not the one that's on the map!! Why?? your hotel location needs to be updated please since got 2 property but u just input in one road? Which is I need to spent around 30 min instead of 15 to reach the real hotel for the cheaper price.. Aio.. So hot then needs to wait and dealing with booking confirmation.. Come on.. 😐 but lucky the lady still kind to me.and help me..
Ok.. Short story I stay there for few days.. Second days I wanna clean the room but reception said that just move the room.. Ok..
1 hr 2 hr I wait and I am rhe one who always ask when the room ready..
Once I got the room the key is really hard to lock.. Lock only ok no double lock or even the 3rd lock.. I ask reception to check the door lock or I need to move the room.. Then another lady said check ok I wait them come this master guy which I thought he's good.. Then he said ya it can't lock but no worry no one can't open the door.. The key is only you the one who hold..
....**speechless**... 6 sec pass then I am amazed by the answer.. But still I ask him.. Yes I know but people also can ask reception to open the room or to make new key then they can open while all things inside the room.. And I'm just really speechless some more with the tone that he gave me like he's a master. He said that no it's impossible, the key is only one.. Can't be open with anyone.. Is ok no need lock also ok here safe..
I told him that I've been working in hotel industry since school till last year for more than 10 years.. From basic star till the 5 diamond.. With humble I told him that the key card can be made the new one easily.. Even reception also have master key. But might be I still lack of knowledge and yes am still accept last time and need learn a lot more. But as I know it's easy to release old key to new one with one tap.. Still cant open? You ask duty manager to open with master key.. Is it? But the master said that no you don't believe is it while he prepared to lady to demo about the key cant open or made or dunno what joke he made. You see yourself it can't open even the lock inside not lock..

I can't stand and if he yelling I yelling and tell him no need to be yell to other person especially your customer.. You know customer always right.. But management of the hotel should have taken care the temper and manner behavior of this kind of staff.. And yet still I am the one who asking sorry to him cause I know working in this industry quite hard even though he's the one wrong and simply go and just smirk his mouth. And at that time I am so regretful to be humble to say sorry.. 3rd day that man suddenly become reception asking extend I say yes and I ask to clean room he said move later.. Ok I wait doing nothing in room.and needs to do laundry and so starving..
1 hr 3 hr the lady said on phone oya you need move room later room not ready.. Ok I go laundry first like at 3pm and haven't eat since morning cause I wanna go to do other stuff also together...I was back I thought the room is cleaned cause am not expect to moved room.. But not.. Still messy and still not ready yet.. And the funny thing when I go back and finish do lobby at 8 she said that abang told him that I can't moved room at this time.. I just feel like what... The ladies simply said that the abang that one said cannot.. I ask her is he owner? Nope same staff.. But he's so cool like he's the owner.. And its not my fault that I late.. It's them.. And I still be passion to wait to clean room.. Til I fall asleep and awaken morning and yet still messy.. Omg..
The mostly bad feelings is when I ask the ladies what time the latest check out she said ok can 12.30 I said ok..
Second time when almost 12.00 while packing things and btw my singlet is left behind shower door.. And to be honest that's my favorite one..i don't ask because its too far from kl to the hotel.. Some more I feel sick to see the face and behavior that master abang when he ask me to go down faster because it's almost 12 really cant gave even for 15 mins? What are you? Owner? Stakeholder? He just said slowly no.
I just take and pack whatever its without checking! The lift at that check out time is off and you still ask people to go down faster or get charge? You insane or what? Please I love the room and the place near gym center.. But that kind of employee will get so many complaints. One thing when I said that he just looking at me standing before reception desk in duel position.. Is it proper?? Guys if you see this guy at that hotel.. Just meet him and try to make some complaint.. You will feel how sick to see the reaction. I just meet that kind of reception.
