I was booking and come to check in. I call the person in charge. No answer. Also.l no return message. Cannot cancel and refund. Waste my money and time

Kamarnya lumayan, tapi tidak ada tempat reservasi check-in dan check-out, hanya by phone ke management-nya, kami diminta deposit 200 ringgit waktu check-in, tapi waktu check-out pihak management hotel tidak bisa dihubungi, sampai kami ke bandara, jadi uang deposit kami tidak dikembalikan, cukup 1 kali ini saja menginap di hotel ini. Tolong pilih-pilih lagi mencari hotelnya, agak konsumen tidak dirugikan.

Every clean and easy to access

1st day the shower water heater was not functioning even i have contacted the person in charge to handle it then only came on the next day.

Bilik yang luas, view pemandangan dari luar menarik. Lokasi yang stratejik untuk shoping dan urusan perniagaan. Kemudahan train untuk kemana-mana. Kekurangan, tidak ada parking khusus untuk tetamu hotel, dan juga parking yang mahal, kerna sering keluar masuk ke hotel jadi sangat menyusahkan.

Have nice vacation. Good location. But why arrangement with agent not direct to hotel berjaya. Always I travel check in by hotel staff.

Everything was good until electrical power black out for almost 10 hours. The room is embedded to times square hotel, which means it is in the same building that was having the black out as well. Building management said that was the first time they had problem like that. (It was also my first time experience after staying hundreds days in many hotels). One or two bugs were found inside bathroom, but considering the room price was much cheaper than the times square hotel room, it should be a trade-off, no problem. In overall, it's recommended to stay at this KL smart suits at times square.

素敵な場所、買い物に便利

I booked 2 apartment. For room 43-03 is not recommended as the light is less, can feel on night. The cleanliness is not ok due to the bed cover that they provide in cabinets is not clean when we use feel itchy. The towel is bit torn so not proper to use. Every room have cigarette smell. The fridge is not so cold Hope this can motivate the owner to upgrade for all those points. Thank you.

Overall good. Have a good view from the suite. Convenient to shop, located in Berjaya Times Square shopping mall.
