総合評価とレビュー Al-Safina Kijal Beach Resort & Restaurant

Check in supposed to be at 2pm. But I only got my room key at 3:20pm. I waited in the car. No apology just informing me that the room isn’t ready. It’s not the staff fault though. Its the management. Only 2 staff cleaning the entire hotel and how do you supposed we got our room on time? Apart from that, the room was clean, the staff is friendly, the bed and sheets are fresh. Near to the beach so we can take a walk there. The place is secluded. I just wish I got my room earlier. Many arrangements were delayed due to that.

Late check up at 4pm due to existing customer late check up. food served was ok but limited food available. room moderately spacious but got problem on its toilet. the floor gradient not smooth causing trouble (water slowly drained) but they already provide sweeper to remove the water into drain. the scenery is very nice & calming. overall it's just nice.

Tempat yang nyaman dan tenang. Staf hotel semua mesra. Memang berbaloi tinggal di sana.

Hotel yang berdekatan dengan pantai. Petang-petang boleh amik angin di pantai. Bilik yang cantik dan selesa. Menu breakfast juga pelbagai dan sedap.

It may look good from outside especially at night. 1. But with such a small room for adults for that price. Don't be fooled with the room rates. Check room size do that you still have unharmed body parts left. 2. Can't understand that room requires housekeeping despite informing in person the reception. Housekeeping came around 1130. Asked them to come after 1 hour. After 1 hour I left the room and informed the reception. 3. Lunch buffet swamped by private group till nothing left and the waitresses were no where near to appear only after the bee swamp has left. Guess what. Some items bundled away to the groupie training room. Why the h*** you bother to have price tags for public buffet when it's taken away by your group? They also managed to push aside my small son, bunch of hooligans cutting queue till I left the damn queue. 4. Please get the pool cleaned regularly as in twice daily. Such a small pool with kids in there. Real clowns trying to run a business.

Bilik selesa, bersih dan suasana sekeliling mendamaikan, cuma sarapan kurang enak.

Place very nice but this room bedsheet and sheet of pillow not clean and smell like used this before.

Servis yang baik dan bilik yang selesa.

Suasana kawasan ok dan tenang tepi pantai. Stay 2 malam, breakfast tiap hari sama. Hari kedua kemas bilik tak ganti sabun baru. Jauh ke dalam dan jauh dengan tempat makan. Ada kolam renang tapi tak berapa besar. Selain tu ok. Ada restoran arab.

Bilik yang selesa, suasana yang tenang, berdekatan dengan pantai, tetapi hari kedua tidak dibekalkan sabun mandi, sarapan pagi selama 2 hari sama sahaja, tidak banyak pilihan.

Overall is ok. Walking distance dr pantai. Pantai cantik & x crowded. Tp bilik agak kecil tak setanding dengan harga rm230/mlm. Menu & kualiti rasa untuk sarapan & makanan arab perlu improve. Sambal nasi lemak tak rasa mcm sambal pon, mgkin sebab orang arab yang masak. Mgkin boleh tambah jg menu2 Tganu untuk sarapan spt nasi dagang.. Klau berada dalam bilik air, kite akn terdengar suara guest bilik sebelah. Agak 'ngeri' pagi2 terdengar bunyi orang sebelah tengah meneran, aduhai. Klau nak best lagi datang time weekdays, lebih mendamaikan. Weekend or school break biasenye fully booked. Swimming pool nice, sebab resort izin mandi waktu mlm. Staff kaunter ok.. Cuma bbrpe staff untuk coffee house (especially yang lelaki sorang tu, yang accept order) kene belajar how greet guest & kne bg lebih banyak senyuman kepada guest. Senyum bkn kne bayar pon. Overall 3.5/5 star.

Breakfast was terrible, restaurant and the arab food was not up to expectation, everything in menu was not available

I travelled with my family. The hotel is suitable for family vacation. it has beautiful scenery.

Tempat cantik, suasana selesa cuma air con flow tak betul. Jauh dari bandar dan tempat makan2 di kampung.

(+ve) Friendly and polite staff, room was clean and nice place. (-ve) Breakfast should be improved with more variety and the room rate was overpriced and exorbitant compared with the room size and facilities provided. The resort also should improved their wifi services.
