場所は市内の戦略的な場所にあります。

部屋が狭いからとか、部屋が広すぎるからとか、寒くないよ。

カーテン、マットレス、壁の雨漏りなど、破損したものは補修してください。価格が安くないからです。

ホテルのスタッフはフレンドリーで親切です

Hotelnya gelap dan ac tidak dingin.

1st time been to Sibolga & stayed at this hotel recommended by local. Located on the city center, beside Bank Mandiri, SPBU & Bank BNI. Nearby to Sibolga Square with variety of food by walking distance. Polite Front Officer too. Breakfast wise better find outside.

service is not satisfactory & attitude of the receptionist is not polite. initially booked the 2nd floor when I arrived at the hotel reception, the reason the 2nd floor already had. better prepare their customers who come often compared to online customers.

Saya pesan kamar deluxe untuk 2 malam tapi di malam pertama saya dikasih kamar standar dengan alasan kamar deluxe sudah penuh dan baru di malam kedua setelah komplain baru dikasi kamar deluxe.

Air kuning, siaran TV sedikit. Sarapan sangat kurang memuaskan.

There are some reasons why me and families feel unsatisfied with this hotel: 1. Lack of staffs: We checked-in in the evening, and there is only one staff in front office who also charged as concierge. 2. No lift: When the staff confirmed that our room was at 3rd floor, we expected that the hotel have a lift. Sadly, the hotel did not have that, and some of my family who are elderly had to reached the room by stairs. 3. Smells and dirty: When we entered the room, we smelled cigarette smoke and we found many footsteps on the wall as well. Eventhough the room was clean, we regreted that a bed sheet of the room had also footsteps which made us unsure with the cleanliness of this hotel. 4. Taste of food: During our stay, we did not find any good taste on the food. 5. Lack of additional facilities: The staff confirmed that the hotel did not give us to borrow the hair-dryer or iron. To sum up, we feel disappointed with this hotel since we received bad services but we had to pay with an expensive price.

Kamar seperti sudah lama tidak dipakai, tidak ada sandal hotel, service room juga tidak bersih, bantal sangat kotor.

Pemasak airnya untuk buat kopi dan teh tidak ada. Sarapannya membosankan, pelayanan sangat kurang. Tidak akan lagi deh mau menginap di sini.

Fasilitas dan pelayanan tidak sesuai dengan harga, kurang memuaskan. kamar kurang bersih, TV masih pakai TV tabung, bau asap rokok kamarnya. Menu sarapan sama setiap hari kurang variasi.
