When I first got into the room, it was so different from the pictures on its website. I felt that was not uncomfortable for me.

The staff is super attending, the unit is neat itself, just there are some cockroaches in the cabinet underneath the sink during the night. Overall the stay was pleasant enough.

I was expecting a stay at the Seine Cluster. This is my third time booking their room and it’s the first time I was disappointed. The room was basic. No cooking equipment. Limited cable channels. Good thing there are utensils to use. The bathroom heater is working and the bed is okay. Overall it was a good stay, but it could’ve been better.

It's great to stay there. relaxing and nice view. Hope they have extra room if ever the guest will extending his or her stay. Hope the internet will be much faster. Have problem of there net. But overall its great

The staff are somewhat accomodating. Unclean room and cr. Paid parking sucks. Breakfast is only bread and instant coffee. I will never recommend this.

The aircon is so slow, it's really hot in our room, Staff is not accommodating (she give us blanket but good for one only/we waited for almost 10mins in the lobby before she appear, we tried calling them in the mobile number they indicated in booking voucher but there is no answering our calls, please double check the room before you endorsed to you customer make sure the aircon is in good condition and the things that they will need(special blanket) is completed. Thank you

It was very unsatisfying. The location is nice, great view. But damn, the room was so hot. My fiancee and I stayed there for a night from a long trip. We were not able to sleep well. The aircon was not cool at all. It was only providing fan and not even strong enough for 2. So my fiancee had to open the small window and door. They don't provide carts as well for Travellers with loads of luggages. So we had to carry all our luggage on our own, since only a female attendant was there to assist us. We would never recommend this place. It's a disaster if you wish to have a comfortable and good sleep before your next flight.

The place was good. Fully furnished and everything works. I just didn't like the balcony because thr water from the aircon unit stinks. Plus the creek wasn't a sight to behold too. But the place is very good.

it is really really bad. this is first time I come to Philippines alone. I can't sleep because I feel this apartment like hospital. facilities are very bad. I will never stay in that hotel again.

room and facilities are nice. pool is not available for guest on weekends.

We were just disappointed with the whole room. Aircon was so weak. Ref was so small. It was so inconvenient.
