チェックインした時には、水道がありませんでした。それも最悪なことではありません。最悪なのは、受付係が到着時に水道がないことを一言も言わなかったことです。少なくとも、教えてくれていれば、そのまま泊まるか、他の選択肢を見つけることができたのにと思います。友人がトイレを使っていたのですが、水道がありませんでした。まさに悪夢でした！私たちが尋ねると、水道がないと1時間後に戻るとだけ言われました。確かに水道は戻りましたが、ほんの数時間でした。夜にはまた水がなくなっていました。これがここに泊まる最後の機会です。

景色はとても良いのですが、水圧と給湯器が非常に悪いです。部屋も普通で、景色と英国式庭園の雰囲気だけで 300 リンギットを支払います。部屋は 300 リンギットに見合うものではありません。経験のために 1 泊することもできますが、別のホテルを試すこともできます。

Room is in tatters upon check in. Answer given is that the housekeepers are confused whether to clean or not to clean smh. Ended up waiting for approx. 15mins for them to come and clean the room.

The only old-ish place in the neighborhood, with some residual charm. Great location. It's a bit run down, lots of unfinished maintenance going on and common rooms are a bit cluttered with bric-a-brac. Staff is friendly, food (Indian) OK.

This hotel is located in a gorgeous place in the mountains of the Cameron Highlands. The grounds are marvelous and beautiful with flowers and vegetation of every sort. The original portion of the hotel is very old, which does provide some sense of quaintness. However, my room smelled old and musty and you could not close the bathroom window because the hinges head rusted frozen solid. As a result of this, my bed linen felt damp. They have a beautiful dining room, but unfortunately do not have a cook that can cook food to match the elegance of the dining room. I pre-paid for a pancake breakfast, but we're frayed what they provided was worse than me or the night before. What I recommend this is a stay for people in the Cameron Highlands? No!

Very relaxing Chalet with classical setup. If you want a peaceful holiday you can stay at Bala 's Chalet.

Tidak ada lift dan room boy. Jadi bawa koper berat, repot mau naik tangga sampai kamar. Taman di samping hotel juga kurang terawat padahal lihat foto di aplikasi sangat indah dan bagus.

Overall clean.- facility need to improvement-like sink, easy accessible for luggage or wheelchair as there is only stairs. Additional fan will be good for air flow of the room-as smell abit moldy.- close to nature is good-but there is bug or mosquito-need to find a way to improved maybe install some insect net?- good place to relax.- if possible to have 24 h receptions.

Loving the place so much. 36weeks pregnant but still wanted the highest room. Never regret it! The most stunning view from the room! Away from cramp places.

service was not good compare to the price and the room looks so dark and bathroom without bidet but the nature environment was so good and best place for mind relaxing

The room is very comfortable and the place is cool & lots of greens & flowers; love the English style. Food is just ok and can be improved, wish there was a full buffet breakfast to be included in the room package. During the weekends, the roads in and out is very very jam, should not go during weekends or public holidays to avoid bad jam.

I have book a room with bathtub, but when I check in, I just realize that is not bathtub in every room, I have change two time room and at last they give me the room with bathtub. they told me need to request when booking the room, but there is not stated there the bathtub is optional... speechless... but overalls is satisfied with the room and environment.
