立地は最高！徒歩圏内に飲食店がたくさんあります。部屋とシーツは少し汚れていましたが、全体的には許容範囲でした。防音性は悪く、廊下の交通騒音や他の宿泊客の声がはっきりと聞こえました。スリッパなどのアメニティはリクエストすれば利用できます。スタッフ全員が丁寧で親切な対応でした。

部屋は少し狭いですが、清潔で、周囲に飲食店がたくさんあるので立地も最高です。

簡素ながらも清潔なホテルです。部屋にはムスクのような匂いがしましたが、エアコンをしばらくつけると消えます。エレベーター階へのアクセスにはルームカードが必要で、セキュリティ対策として重宝しました。ホテルはほとんどの飲食店やショッピングエリアに近いです。

立地は私にとって理想的でした。スタッフはフレンドリーでした。チェックインした最初の部屋のトイレに問題がありました。スタッフが1階の別の部屋に変更してくれましたが、クイーンベッドの部屋ではなくシングルベッドが2つしかなかったのは残念でした。私たちにとっては許容範囲内でした。1階でしたが、部屋は騒がしくありませんでした。部屋とトイレは問題なく清潔でした。また利用したいと思います。

非常に便利な中心部のロケーションです。部屋には冷蔵庫がないので、ご注意ください。共用エリアにウォーターサーバーがあり、とても便利です。子供が大好きな軽食も用意されています。また利用したいと思います。

周辺の食事や娯楽施設へのアクセスに便利なロケーション。部屋の料金を考えると非常に清潔です。

スタッフはフレンドリーで、部屋はところどころに少し暗いところがあるだけで、悪くありませんでした。あまり派手なところはなく、マウントオースティンの周辺でロケーションは最高でした 👍🏻。

家族で楽しく滞在できました。ロケーションは良好です。周辺にはたくさんの食べ物やレストラン、エンターテイメント施設があります。

Bed not comfy, room sound absorption too bad, can heard the voice from outside.

The recep was nice, room and bed is reasonably clean. Fresh towels and bed linen were given on daily room clean up. The soundproof between the walls are bad, you can hear every word your neighbours say. The noise when sleeping like coughing and snoozing can be heard very clearly.

The toilet did not look clean. The bed was not very clean as well as my bf eczema flared up from it. No room slipper. But this room is cheap so can't expect much. It was better when I came before covid previously.

Value for money and Good. Location.

Small walk cannot request room, they said that many days of living is not so many rooms, but the money on the room! It's a lie

Phone reception is bad. Difficulties to make outgoing call and can’t receive incoming call

Very noisy. the staffs standing outside of our room chitchatting whole night. make us cannot sleep well.

The room and toilet are very clean; the shower is very strong, nice bath. A good and comfortable place. Good location, a lot of restaurants to choose...but besides hotel are pub, a bit music sound noisy.
