2つ星ホテルだからと言って、きちんと整備されているとは思わないでください。カスタマーサービスは素晴らしく、フロントデスクの担当係であるイダさんは到着時に出迎えてくれ、3人目のゲストの手配もスムーズにしてくれました。チェックインとチェックアウトの手続きはスムーズで簡単でした。私は特にベッドシーツとトイレの清潔さにこだわりがあるのですが、Win Win Boutique Hotel PDの清潔さと静かさには驚きました。唯一の不満は、部屋の入り口付近に汗臭い匂いがしたことです。しかし、香水をつけて匂いを消しました。 全体的に見て、おすすめです。素晴らしい体験でした！

Checked in for 2 rooms. One room has dead cockroaches and both rooms smells dusty. The toilet seats are broken, you seat once it moves to one side. The toilet door has creeching noise. When down to complain and the receptionist could not do anything. And worst is opposite our rooms, they have empty units with broken doors. So eerie. Asked them to change our rooms and they said need to top up. Very annoyed. So decided to come back to sleep only. I did stay in this hotel before at Family room, which was spacious and nice. But this time since no family room we took 2 deluxe and ended up staying outside of the hotel most of the time. Will never stay here again for the amount I paid. Very disappointed with the Malay lady there, she seems like not interested when we complain and even I showed her the pictures.

It’s okay, the comfort is pretty good, the room is very clean, but there are some rude smokers smoking in the corridor, there is Smelly smell, the hotel should pay attention to this aspect...Generally quite satisfied

Overall OK. Clean, new, cheap. But I lost rm10 on their dobby's "trickiness" card machine (beside the hotel). If you not a regular, & don't have enough coins, my advice is for you to ask / get help on how to buy a dobby card.

Selesa. Boleh datang lagi. Banyak kemudahan yang ada berhampiran hotel.

The room looks good since the hotel quite new. It is strategic location because near Tesco and Giant and easy to access to most popular place in PD.

The room is super clean and comfy. The staffs at reception are friendly. But just one thing need to improve is the bathroom add on where can put the shampoo and all for their convenience. Definitely will come back to stay if I travel there again!
