Hotel staff not help us to carry the bag into the room.. room also don't have rug mat, shower also not useful.. please upgrade the room. Thank you

Alhamdulillah bilik selesa. Ada kolam renang untuk anak-anak mandi.

Bilik kotor, cadar banyak koyak, lusuh sangat.

Bagus dan selesa bagi pelancongan bajet.

Bilik ditempah untuk kapasiti 4 orang dengan katil 2 queen, tapi dapat untuk 3 iaitu 1 queen dan single.

Kamar mandi tidak terawat, keran bocor, shower bocor, handuk tidak diganti, kamar tidak pernah dibersihkan.

Very uncomfortable, the toilet very lame, and also towel very dirty.

Bilik tak bersih tandas berbau tak selesa.

Room just ok.. location perfect.. the hotel keeper/ the one at receptionist arguing with me on the room.. I already pay for 4 people but he said the room is for 3. I need to pay extra for another one.. I didn't agree.. I show the booking apps.. still he arguing.. at the end I said I will reconfirm with agent back.. after few second he said ok.. he give room for 4 with annoying face.. aishh.. other than him.. everything is ok. Only get 2 towels instead of 4..

Lokasi strategik tapi bilik amat menyedihkan.

okey lah , near by beach and shop , step out from lobby you can reach the shop, surau and beach

no privacy and a lot of people from jabatan agama islam easily go inside the property with out our concern.

Bilik xde kittel sangat susah untuk family yang ada anak kecil, cawan & air mineral pun xde dalam bilik, cermin muka pun xde, air panas dalam toilet pun xberfungsi.

Resort ini berdekatan dengan pantai dan kedai makan. Sesuai untuk family day. It's not too bad and biasa lah ada certain things yang kurang memuaskan tapi bersesuaian dengan harga yang diberi.

The water heater was spoils and we try to change another room but the receptionist (bangla man) asked to wait tomorrow morning. The bed is even worst! Once you lay down you can even feel the spring the mattress. The bed sheet and also the blanket also seem like never change! Very terrifying!

Melihat gambar melalui internet resort ini kelihatan menarik tetapi bila masuk kedalam bilik seakan tidak dikemas dgn baik. Cadar tidak dikemaskan dgn sempurna seakan3 tidak diganti selepas digunakan. Didalam bilik air agak tidak terurus, gayung air dibiarkan diatas simen dan getah paip juga terbiar diatas simen (sepatutnya disediakan tempat gantung). Sabun mandi dan tisu jamban diminta baru dibekalkan manakala shampoo memang tidak disediakan. Kemudahan yg selalunya tersedia dimana2 hotel/resort seperti air mineral, gelas dan cerek untuk memasak air langsung tiada. Di dalam almari pakaian pula terdapat tuala kotor dan bekas makanan dibiarkan begitu saja (mungkin digunakan oleh penghuni sebelum ini) Ianya hanya dikutip selepas saya memaklumkan kepada org yg membukakan pintu resort tersebut dan ini mengambarkan resort ini tidak dikemas dengan sempurna.

This hotel is very rundown,probably not interest to serve the customer. I personally think that this hotel just want to cheat people. This hotel not only very rundown, room is dirty, bed sheet smelly and dirty like never change, room also smell very bad. The room condition and hotel well not maintain, probably want to chase the customer out. Very bad, don't ever think to stay in this hotel. The local people at Teluk Nipah knew and told that this hotel always change their hotel name, because they always get very bad feedback and no reputation at all. I been cheated that i could feel. Stay away from this hotel, that i could advise.
