The best thing at this hotel is eveyone (owners, staffs and people who stay there) is very friendly, and they want to see your smile and your happiness. Beautiful room, clean pool and good food makes you stay there as long as you can. You should not stay only one night but at least three or four nights. I had a booking at different hotel, but I canceled because I wanted to stay there. This hotel makes you don't go home. Dear Hotel staff and owner; Thank you very much your kindness while my stay. I can't wait to see you again!

I liked this place. It is very quiet during the day. Come night if you like to laugh and enjoy other’s company and drink, you’ll really enjoy yourself.

This place is run by an amazing staff. It is nicely hidden right off the a main Street. This keeps it quiet when you want to relax but gives you easy access to the nightlife and services of the main roads. The food and drinks are great and the conversations can be even better. Enjoy this amazing retreat!

Like - convenient, but in old rundown area... Dislike - rundown area, sheets not clean (had sand in them)...

Great location. Close to the beach, but tucked away in a private setting. Manager was excellent at solving travelers issues. I plan on returning.

Een leuk hotelletje. Met weinig kamers. Een mooi groot zwembad. Elke dag werden de kamers prima in orde gebracht. Een gezellige bar, maar er is een tijdje geweest dat ik de enige klant was, dan was het uiteraard niet gezellig aan de bar. Je kan er rustig slapen in dat drukke Pattaya. Prima breed bed. Taxi service. Alles is er prima geregeld. Maar volgens de Thaise normen toch wel niet echt goedkoop.

The apartment was clean and tidy but the shower was not very good power or temperature control

this place is situated 5 mins walk from pattaya klang so everything you need isn't far away, but its so quiet and peaceful.

This is a little gem hidden away from Central road. Everything was perfect except the bed that was to hard for me. Good kitchen to with fair prices. So I can only recommend this hotel.

Wonderful villa ... lovely people , very friendly ... quiet location not too far from Pattaya and beach ... .. just bliss ... pure tranquility away from the bustle of Pattaya... A very enjoyable stay , would definitely return and recommend.. 💕

Great small hotel with the best staff

Really friendly and comfortable stay Eric the owner is so nice and laid back and his staff very welcoming also. An oasis in Pattaya.

I arrived shattered and within minutes the owner had whisked my suitcase to my hotel. A huge welcome and enjoy the place.. treat it like your own place.. room was 3 yards from the lovely pool. The place was quiet, relaxful and had pleasant guests too. 5 minutes walk away from the hustle and bustle and then back into paradise of villa Oranje. The price is outstanding! The Aircon was a tad noisy but they also had a ceiling fan and the electric light above bed was a bit jittery and as soon as the owner was informed he dealt with it.. the room had a safe, an early evening dip.. luxury 9/10

Väldigt bra bemötande och toppen service från båda Erik och personal. Snabb service med frukost och mat generellt och utmärkt kvalitet😋poolen jättefin och stor och området runt den även superfint. Ända nackdel vi ser är läget som är väl långt från centrum. Resterande helt i top och till rimligt pris. Jag uppskattade det hemtrevliga miljö och orange juice serverad med en orkidé på kanten - så vackert. Tack för denna gång - vi ses igen. Fick även fin service när vi behövde taxi Från hotellet - var snabb fixat och till bättre pris än vi hade på turen dit😍

Located less than 5 minutes away from the busy center , this hotel is an oasis of calm . Sitting by the decent-sized pool you wouldn't imagine that Pattaya was just on your doorstep . I can't praise the Thai food highly enough and the breakfast selection was excellent also , not forgetting the best coffee I had whilst in Thailand . The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful , somewhere I would highly recommend .

Good place to stay and location is also very good. The owner is very welcoming. He is an European so understands English and quite helpful.

Really peaceful oasis in the middle of Pattaya. Great little pool and excellent food from the hotel restaurant with reasonable prices. But what makes this place magnificent is the manager, Erik, and his staff. The atmosphere is so warm its like going home on holiday. Thank you guys! See you in 5 months!
