Pros-It is really a place to rest and relaxation in nature. Everything here is great, specially the infinity pool and view from it. I was really have a good time staying in such a beautiful hotel on top of the mountain. Cons-Just the price is a little bit high and not many food to choose.

All staffs are polite, nice and kind with service mind. It may not a 5 stars but the services are above 5 stars. The breakfast is kind of limit. The way to lodge is very far with rough road. One thing that kind of bother me is the distance between my room -> breakfast -> lobby. It consumed me lot of energy.

とても感動しました。景色は素晴らしいです。スタッフは丁寧でした。チェックイン時間前に到着しましたが、スタッフの方が先に部屋にチェックインさせてくれました。部屋は清潔で、自然を愛する雰囲気が感じられました。食べ物はかなり高価です。プールはとても美しいです。すべて順調です。ビュッフェ形式の朝食は美味しいです。クロワッサンはとても美味しいです。バターは香りが良いです。サパに来る人は誰でもここに泊まらなければなりません。ぜひお勧めします。少し高価ですが、本当に気持ちが良いです。

Receptionist was very friendly, can speak English quite well. They even help contact a driver to taxi us around Sapa at a pretty decent price.

Vị trí đi quá xa, thiết kế khu vực đẹp nhưng bài trí chưa hợp lý. Mình ở phòng Deluxe Suite, phòng có 2 tầng nhưng phải ở lên tầng trên tắm rồi xuống dưới thay đồ. Vị trí phòng ra bể bơi và đi ăn khá xa, trời lạnh tắm xong rất dễ bị cảm.

Trả tiền phòng cao so với ngày thường mà lại được xếp cho căn phòng nằm trong xó nào ấy, không thấy núi mà chỉ thấy mái hiên mấy phòng trước.

A relaxing stay away from the burden of the city. The view from the swimming pool and from the restaurant/bar is very nice. It's very chilled walking along the paths, enjoying the fresh air. However, there are not many choices for local food in this resort, and the price is high, while eating out is impossible as the resort is located in an isolated area with no surrounding restaurants and the roads leading to the resorts are hard for driving/motorcycling. Besides, there is not much to do here so I suggest staying one night is enough. Overall, it's a nice stay.

Great experience for us. Stunning panorama and pool. Communicable and quick respond staff. And one last thing, their food was the best meal of our trip. Don't miss the dinner!

Không gian rộng rãi, rất đẹp, không khí mát mẻ trong lành. Cung cách phục vụ nhã nhặn, phòng ở sạch sẽ mang phong cách gần gũi với thiên nhiên. Hồ bơi nước ấm yên tâm cho trẻ con tắm táp ngay cả khi mùa đông. Nếu bổ sung thêm shuttle bus đưa đón khách từ thị trấn vào khách sạn tầm 5pm sẽ tuyệt vời hơn.

Khách sạn view đẹp, nhân viên nhiệt tình, nhà hàng ít món ăn và không ngon lắm

Không gian tuyệt vời. Tuy nhiên ăn uống thiếu phong phú. Buổi tối nên thắp lửa sưởi hoặc có hoạt động sinh hoạt để vui hơn

Mọi thứ đều tuyệt vời trừ đường đi hơi xa và khá khó đi, đồ ăn chưa đa dạng.
