2025年6月に1泊しました。便利な立地で、お手頃価格で泊まれるホテルです。お店、飲食店、幹線道路に近く、空港からも車ですぐです。スタッフは丁寧で、チェックインもスムーズでした。部屋は広々としていましたが、家具が古く、経年劣化が目立ちました。バスルームはもう少し丁寧に掃除してもらった方が良いかもしれません。

Sorry to comment on this, but I think this is a must, the condition of the room is quite bad as the room is not clean and been tidied up properly before we enter the room. The floor is full of dust like it have been left for such a long time. And there ' s a cockroach in the room, however it have been settled by the staff on duty. Anyway the staff is friendly, just that the condition of the room is not satisfied. I hope the hotel can improve their house keeping and room service, the rest is OK.

First of all, great place for travellers planning to experience Kota Bharu without the hustle of traffic and lack of parking within town area. Parking area were safe and near (don't be so arrogant to park in front of the lobby) they have locked and safe parking area back side. A lot of interesting places were nearby. Airport, beaches, pengkalan kubor, downtown area (5 minutes away only). Downside, you need to confirm your booking by phone or else you you'd be disappointed after 13 hours of driving, and your room has been given to someone else. That's what I've been experienced. But, the manager were so kind and determined to assist and manage to assign a better accommodation. 🌟 for him. Thank you.

Rain shower with hot water. AC cold. Near to the airport and place for outing. Friendly staff. Cleanliness of the room good and the bathtowel was new still white:).

The room quite spacious and clean, comfortable for 6pax. Hotel 's staff friendly and helping when asked about the few things, they are numbers of attraction places near the hotel and easy access. Parking is okay for me. Will come here again next time! 👍🏼❤.

overall is good hostel. I think this hostel is new in kelantan.

Semua ok cuma lap kaki depan pintu tandas kena tukar sebab dah kotor 😅

Overall ok. Cuma tandas sedikit berbau dan terdapat kesan kotoran pada cadar. Saya menginap di Presidential Suite. Luas bilik bersesuaian untuk 5 orang.

Keluasan bilik selesa dan memuaskan, cuma perlu ditambahbaikan peti sejuk.

Cepat dan tak ambil deposit semasa cek in.

Harga bilik sangat berbaloi dengan fasiliti yang disediakan di dalam bilik.
