Very bad service. The water pressure for shower are very slow. They said it's like that "memang macam tu". Really, just for the shower it is slow. The sink and toilet work just fine. We requested for a printed receipt, our request was not met. Hotel room was smelly. Damp smell. And, no parking provided people. The parking in front of the hotel belong to the municipal council, if you want to park there, buy your own parking coupon. We were fined rm10 for parking there. The front desk is not friendly. Never smile. not recommended. Not even worth my money staying here.

Rooms is comfort and large. The facilities is still good for a typical budget hotel for few years. Valued of price. Staff is nice. Location not far away from Teluk Intan town center and is quite nice for my next destination. Have dust on TV table and desk, may improve on room cleanliness.
