Booked 2 rooms for one day. Staffs here doesn't wear a uniform. When I walk into my room the shower head aren't so good and keep coming off and the bidet is diff kind of bidet without the head. My dad's room provided the face and body wash while my room only has body wash and missing face wash. The rooms are not carpeted so just be mindful. And I went in for a late check in due to family matters and it looks like as if someone jus used my room toilet because the toilet floor was wet and my room is a little smelly except for my dad's room. In my room the bidet doesn't work properly whilst my dad room the bidet doesn't have any problem, the breakfast is not buffet but they will need your hotel card room number to confirm with you, the selection is pathetic to choose from and limited food choices, because you can only choose one item from the menu only so example they have 6 diff food to choose from: you can only choose one! So my turn and my mum only choose pancake and nasi lemak and that's it. Then the part where other people coming in the lady suddenly show a egg breakfast set tog with other menu, of course I notice that since it's I'm seated closer to the cashier/reception lady. Then later I show my dad's hotel room card just to get the egg breakfast and the kitchen is a open concept from a certain angle you can see the kitchen the workers some are sitting down and someone else was doing her hair, and all that I can clearly see it from I'm seated with my mum. Imagine people are handling your food and someone is also doing their hair on the same place. It's stupid like seriously. On the first day of check in at the hotel: I notice a staff eating from across the lift so once I'm done check in and getting my hotel card and need to use the lift up. For a moment I'm like wondering who is that? Come to find out it's a staff watching me and my mum and dad going up the lift while the lady is having her meal from across the table. So while I'm upstairs going to my dad's room at level 2 and showing my dad around and ready to go up level 3 with my mum, this same lady from downstairs notice us and kept asking questions. “where are we going?” “What are you doing?” “Which level are you going to?” then left and up we go to level 3 and once I get up to level 3 and go to my room and put all my belongings and my mum complaining about the toilet having a wet floor. And not having a shower head with a hose, so we had to go down to receptionist and ask for hose and shower head whatever. Btw they don't have a phone to call reception from the room so we had to go down and tell and this same lady “coincidentally” also at level 3 passing by us and keep looking looking over so my mum and I took the lift and go down to the receptionist and letting them know, once done this same lady also appear at reception and talking to the guy we are talking to about “the other rooms” whatever that is. Ended we all 4 go up the same lift and the lady "coughed” at my hand while I'm trying pressed the button to go up and also once up at level 3 my mum and me and the guy trying to go same direction while the girl is tail-ing from behind, further away. Once all 3 of us got inside the room and my mum talking to the guy about the problem. That same lady just anyhow used her card to tap into my room-didn't even know or say excuse me-just anyhow tap in and go in like that- and ask what's the problem? I just ignored her because it's clearly stupid and not the right way to do things. Because from the start already been watching me and from lift up to level 2 and level 3 and back down at reception and back up at level 3 tail-ing people for what? And being nosy up in people's business? Who does that? Then by right should do things tog and tail-ing people from behind, anyways the lady speak like-Indonesian/sabah type. My room coffee area the table is not properly cleaned if only this stupid lady doesn't follow everyone around and do her job properly like cleaning the coffee table and wipe the toilet floor dry-all tat time isn't wasted over someone who you don't even know. Also. I wouldn't trust any Malaysian hotel reviews since mostly are fake reviews and so booked at your own risk. And see for yourself and write genuine reviews.
