I'm impressed with the facilities of the room. Spacious and new. Carpark directions could have been more specific to users.

Checked in at 2pm sharp. Check in process was smooth and professional. It was my anniversary and we had requested for high floor and late check out 2 months before. However upon check in, they said high floor rooms are booked. We accepted the room given to us. Room was clean and we had a awesome stay. No disturbance. However there was no bathtub in the room. Requested for late check out at the last day as advised however it was not provided. Unsatisfied with the requests which was turned down for my anniversary.

Always glad to be back at Oakwood. Great service stuff, room is green and comfortable as always.

Check in was such a breeze. Less than 5 minutes and we've got the room keys. Didn't do much research but room deposit was $300, nonetheless refundable within 7-10 working days. Room was spacious for 2, views only from the bathroom. Walking distance to Lau Pa Sat, and if you're staying over weekdays, shops across and right under the apartment would be open. Definitely will return if price is right! ♥️

The room was filthy. The duvet got stray hairs and the cup was not washed. I requested to change the covers but when the housekeeper stripped the bed there was a huge stain on the mattress and lots of stray hairs. The housekeeper saw it and told me she wasn't in charge of the rooms. She just change the covers but the starys hair is still there. Iv asked then to change rooms. After 1 hr, this time theyve given me an unblock view and the manager offered to inspect the bed, and to my horror, it was the same scenario. There were stray hairs all over the bed. They offered to clean it again. By the time they've finish it was 6pm. I inspected it again and it was still not thoroughly cleaned. I wouldn't come back here again.

Do note that $300 deposit is required upon check-in. Check-in was smooth as I came abit later. Stayed for a night, was provided a room with no window but still acceptable as it was only for a night. Not sure if it was me but the wifi was abit slow. Room was considered clean and had quite a comfortable stay.

The room wasn't clean, had a strong food smell. The room also has a welcome note for a different guest name. One of the pillows has stains on it. App used to book facilities wasn't working properly. The whole experience was unpleasant. Definitely will not recommend this hotel.

Great location, walking distance to Lau Pa Sat … can walk to MBS and Gardens by the bay if you don't mind walking. Negative: got a room facing offices in the next building despite the note that it 's a celebration.

The studio room is spacious and comfy. It's clean and tidy with all the amenities.

It was such an amazing experience fro. The start! Although the apartment was situated smack in the middle of a busy city, it was still so quiet & peaceful:) It was a 2 nights stay & probably I'll come back for sure. The staff were very reliable, friendly & helpful. Hats off to Ms. Aslindah for her awesome service! Room was equipped with the necessities. Check-in & out was such a breeze. Thank you!

Great stay at Oakwood. Comfy room except that there is no view despite getting a high floor room 😣. Best part is there is free laundry usage. No need to think about doing laundry at home after our staycation 😆.

3rd time staying at Oakwood AMTD. Crowded. Room wasn't ready when they managed to check me in at about 3 ish (40+ min wait). I had to wait for another 30 min to get my room key and they offered me a complimentary drink at the restaurant. Love the location and the view.

Definitely worth experience staying here. Check in process was fast & efficient. Need not Q an hour just to check in like others. Room is spacious, service is good. If you're lucky enough your room can also view the sunrise else sitting by the pool can can also enjoy it.

Make us to clear all the decorations before leaving.
