Phong va toilet sach se, good air conditioner and fan. Not have breakfast included. The owner was very nice, kind and supportive. Enjoy morning drinking coffee on the balcony and looking at the garden, peaceful for me. Good balance between price, location and facilities. The rental bike from the owner gave me more comfortable exploring around the city.

I visited Hue when the flood came in so it was not too smooth a trip. Yet, the host and the house itself made it all worthwhile. The house is beautifully furnished with antique Indochina furniture. The highlight is the garden with its space and time-altering lush greenery and vastness. The host is a wonderful couple who will cook you food and make you feel like a spoiled niece (or nephew) or just simply part of their family. I would definitely stay here again when I have a chance to visit Hue in the future.

Great stay. Really hospitable couples who love to share. The actual room is very authentic and the surrounding garden is really pleasant. It was a not too far from the entrance of the imperial enclosure, about 20mins. It is away from all the hotels which is outside the citedal. So anyway who would like a quiet and local stay, this will certainly be the place.
