次回タイに行くことがあれば、このホテルに泊まりたいのですが、このホテルの部屋に冷蔵庫があればもっと良いと思います👍ただの提案です。ありがとう、T+ホテル

エレベーターなし。新しいエレベーターは機能しない

デラックス ファミリー ルームを予約しました。2 つのコンパートメントがあり、とても広々としています。テレビ 2 台とエアコン 2 台が備わっています。支払った料金に見合う価値があります。

Keadaan bilik selesa cuma, cermin muka tak ada dalam ruang bilik, hanya dalam bilik air.

The bed linen was not clean. There were a lot of hair.

spacious, very clean, friendly staff and free breakfast is delicious

The room smell damp and musty. Wouldn’t stay there again. Breakfast was awful.

OK, selesa, cuma sejadah tidak disediakan.

It could have been better if a mirror is provided in the room. The only mirror available is in the toilet. Quite a hassle for me.

快適で家族向け

At first I walk in to this hotel but found out all room is fully booked, the receptionist ask me to book online, but she didn't mention clearly that double bedroom is fully booked, until I checked in, only she tell me this issue, information provided not clear. Room condition is good and quite clean, just the bed not so comfortable.

Good clean rooms but narrow staircase, might be difficult for guests with many luggage.

No lift...

Heavy cigarette smell on the room

No refrigerator, less TV channel, no lift, poor soundproof.

If I go to alor setar, will come stay in this hotel.

Everything was okay except there is no lift at this hotel. You need to used stairs because they room at 1st floor & 2nd floor.

Hotel is good but no lift. Difficulties for elderly or with disabilities person. In my case towels were not provided when I arrive. Informed the reception about the matter. Unfortunately when I'm back to the hotel towels yet to be provided until informed the second time.
