Asik tempatnya, check innya cepat, tempatnya bersih, dan karyawannya ramah-ramah terutama karyawan yang berada di restorannya. Kamarnya bersih dan kolam renangnya sangat menyenangkan apalagi untuk anak-anak. Masukan saja untuk tempat shampoo dan sabun diberi keterangan dan WiFi hotspot tidak melingkupi seluruh kamar jadi pada tempat tertentu WiFi hotspotnya tidak ada. So far menyenangkan. Thanks zoe'.

Kalau soal kebersihan dan keramahan..hotel ini bener2 TOP....cuman makananny pas sarapan kurang enak...sinyal wifi yg agak dipaksakan dibeberapa lantai berhubung koneksi tv harus menggunakan sinyal wifi dari lobby.. cok sambung jg kurang...disarankan memasang KASA nyamuk berhubung malam kadang suka ada serangga2 masuk kekamar yg sangat tidak nyaman...ne hotel masi baru..masi byk yg bisa dibenahi...sukses trus zoe's

Kamarnya bersih dan juga nyaman, tapi ada masalah sedikit di kamar mandi yaitu shower yang tidak berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya.

I've been here for 2 nights. Arrived at midnight and could not see anything. I woke up in the morning and guess what I get? It was really an amazing view from your balcony .. You can enjoy the view as well from your bed. Lake Toba's view very pretty with a small swimming pool in front of the hotel.. You can swim and enjoy the view :) This hotel has 10/10 point for their view. (please booked room with Lake's view) Bed was good and room is clean. If you want make up your room, you need to inform the receptionist and leave your key. TV don't have any channel showing. Breakfast just normal, nothing special. And have same menu for 2 days. They need to improve their breakfast. I got Ulos when I check out from this hotel. Very good experience stay at this hotel. I will back for sure if someday I visit Lake Toba :)

Awalnya saya hanya merencanakan 1 malam saja di Samosir dengan menginap di hotel lain, Namun saya sangat kecewa menginap disana dan kecewa sekali liburan saya bersama keluarga menjadi bad momen, Akhirnya saya tambah 1 malam lagi dan memilih zoe's Paradise and finally we got best moment holiday here. Very recommended hotel with good service quality control at Samosir.

Zoe’s paradise feels like home. All the little personal touch from the owner herself is what makes it so homey. The room is spacious, bright and clean. The bathroom is also big, clean and smells good. The bed is very comfortable. The wifi is probably the best on the island. The breakfast is good. All common food like fried rice etc etc but they taste really good. You got the feeling when somebody really cook like in the restaurant instead of a hospital..you know what I mean..i love the coffee. All tables, floor and the long table where all the food at are clean. Also what sets zoe’s apart from other hotel near by or around this price is the service. I would give 5 star. All the staffs are very friendly and speak english. Don’t need to ask, they provide already. All the sheets smell good, fresh from the laundry. No stain or so whatever. I saw them ironing all the sheets when I asked for extra pillow. Talked directly during breakfast with the lady owner, very friendly and kept asking us to tell her if there is anything lacking. Also I got ulos from the owner herself during check-out. Thank you and I would definitely come back again. Very highly recommended. And one more thing, the swimming pool is chlorine-free. Very thoughtful.

Nice new hotel. Good food, nice pool, stocked bar. Nice view of the lake. Staff are very nice and helpful.

The view is wonderful, staff friendly, breakfast limited items but good taste,room was clean,bathroom was clean and good for holiday.

Tempat nya bersih nyaman bangunan baru, sarapan pagi enak dan pariatif , kurang nya ac kamar tidak ada

Hotelnya baru, bersih. Sayangnya tidak ada lift sehingga harus bolak balik naik tangga dari lantai 4 ke lantai 1 ke kamar anak-anak menginap.

Seru untuk liburan, sayangnya tidak ada lift, untuk orang tua kurang pas, kasihan naik tangga 5 tingkat, sarapan kurang bervariasi.

Kamarnya tidak ada kipas angin atau actapi tempatnya sangat bagus dari pemandangannya sangat keren makanannya juga enak dan pelayannya ramah cuma tidak di berikan teko air panas ataupun teh atau kopi di kamar cuma ada air mineral
