Limited parking area, parking outdoor, WiFi can't connect,

The stay was super good. The staffs are helpful, however there are few improvements that can be done on the facility. 1. Wifi is not working at all. I've been asking for the wifi code for few times but none of it working. 2. The bedsheets, pillow covers are full of stains. I need to ask the staffs to change to a new bedsheet, however the moment they bring in the new sheets, it has the same stains. We've got to know from the staffs that it 's freshly washed but the stains from previous just won't go away. So we understood that, all of the sheets have been washed, it 's clean but with stains. So far just these 2 feedbacks, the rest of the stay are nice.

Requested for an extra bed but they couldn't provide … first call they entertained after that never bothered to answer … hopeless hotel.

I request room with window and I got it. The room also clean and the toilet also not smelly. Only towel smell like 'Pandan'.. Haha.. Overall I satisfied..

Bilik yang selesa. Berdekatan dengan pelbagai kemudahan. Cuma 1 saja nak komen; sangat susah mencari parking. 5 kali pusing belum tentu dapat parking. Terpaksa parking jauh.

hotel nice but no hotel parking. guest need pay themselves for parking and very difficult to find a parking lot. I parked far from hotel and need to walk and bring along my luggage to the hotel

The location very strategic. The room very clean and spacious. The receptionist also very kind and humble. Very near and easy to go for shopping at Pasar Tanah Merah. Strongly recommended to stay in this hotel if come and visit Tanah Merah again.

The hotel is the only more than decent hotel in town. Love the interior. Surrounded by shops and a 7 Eleven is just opposite the hotel. But my bathroom's pipe hose was leaking. Apart from that all were well.

Tidak menyediakan parking kereta. Satu-satunya hotel yang tidak menyediakan parking. Saya terpaksa berpusing-pusing mencari parking satu pekan tanah merah.

Hotel budget, tetapi kemudahan lengkap dan selesa, highly recommended.

Puas hati dengan kebersihan bilik. Agak luas untuk bilik standard. Recommended.

Kelengkapan asas tak lengkap. Tiada peti ais. Air cond macam kuat sangat habuk. Bangun pagi semua selsema. Ada lipas 2, 3 ekor dan banyak semut. Harap diperbaiki. Staff semua ok. Food also ok. Channel TV ok, banyak pilihan.

Staff baik dan lawa. Bilik bersih. Katil kemas. Jamban pun bersih sedap je bila berak. Towel pun bersih. Internet connection memang ok maklumla free. Ada breakfast kecil-kecilan lagi. Pendek kata tiada yang ok melainkan ok ok belaka. 😀

Selalu menginap di hotel tersebut kerana keselesaan, bersih, mampu, staf yang mesra dan bilik yang selesa.
