部屋は説明通りでした。シングルベッドが3台あり、広さも十分で、清潔です。バスルームは簡素で、シャワーのみでしたが、使い勝手は悪くありませんでした。立地は最高で、階下のレストランもビールのスペシャルメニューがあり、なかなか良かったです。チェックインも簡単でした。クチンで予算重視の方には良い選択肢です。

we stayed at John's place for 7 nights and we had a comfortable stayed. we booked triple rooms with 3 single beds and it was clean, the AC was working well, bathroom was clean and it was quiet. the old lady who stayed at the reception room was very kind and suggested several places around Kuching that worth visited. they provided simple breakfast with breads, cookies, tea and coffee and the location is very strategic, close to the waterfront of sarawak river, some good restaurants including topspot and one Indian restaurant that served good lamb curry. enjoyed my visit at john's place!

Terbaik, harga murah, ada sarapan pagi ringan, lokasi strategik, tidak sesak dengan kenderaan.

Lokasi cukup strategis, gampang nyari makan. Kebersihan lumayan. Cuma berisik kalau malam karena dekat pun dan diskotik sehingga buat yang sudah tidur akan bermasalah.
