The 4-bed female dorm room I got had no windows but in the photos it did have one and had a nice view of the street :( I arrived really late (2AM) so I wasn't able to request for a different room. Nevertheless, the bed was comfy and the bathroom remained clean throughout my stay. Breakfast was delicious! The front desk / customer service team is the best! They are accommodating and friendly, and they speak great English! Would definitely stay here again!

This is the best cheap hotel I found all this time. Clean room, clean toilet, they have soap and shampoo, friendly staff. Not to mention the breakfast is the same as big hotel in common. Place is just really close to the night street food, hoan kiem lake and others. Really want to stay here again.

One of the best hostel I stayed. The dormitory is spacious with attached bath, huge locker & privacy curtain. Hot shower with great water pressure. Each bed has a small fan (despite availability of aircond) and 2 power points. The spring mattress is comfortable, nice quality quilt & pillow. The free breakfast is a mini buffet, could easily rival those of 3-star hotel. Location wise, it's nearby Hoan Kiem Lake. There's a Circle K at the end of the street and plenty of good food within walking distance.

Bus 86 is located in front of post office, not at Le Thach Road beside post office as the receptionist informed.

Bathroom smelled like egg in the morning. Cleanliness is good.

Very good location. Nice and friendly hotel staff. We booked the whole 6-bed room for our group. Room is not fancy but big and clean. Really good bed with reading light, a fan and curtain. And you don't have to worry about your valuables because they have super big locker. The bathroom and toilet are combined so it might be a problem during peak hours. Please note that no towels are provided and the lift is on level 1 but don't worry, their staff is always ready to assist with your luggage. The breakfast buffet is basic but still offer you good selections. The food and drink are fresh and tasty.
