Recommended buat liburan keluarga, akses private beach, suasana yang tenang, pelayanan ramah, respon cepat, fasilitas oke, kebersihan oke.

Tempatnya menyenangkan resortnya bersih bagus tempat tidur yang nyaman, AC lengkap fasilitasnya, pegawainya sangat ramah, Security yang sangat ramah dan sangat membantu saat saya datang pada malam hari. Untuk saya yang bawa keluarga yang tidak terlalu suka kermaian kalau berlibur, ini kali pertama saya ke pelabuhan ratu dan tempat yang tepat yang saya pilih, Hanya saja jalan aksesnya masuk menuju resort membuat beberapa kali mobil saya mengalami ban slip terutama jalan pertama masuk karena saya belum tahu dan malam, Ada akses alternatif yang jauh lebih better mohon petunjuk arahnya lebih diperbesar karena tidak terlalu terlihat untuk saya yang baru kesana. Wajib membawa bahan makanan atau makanan instan karena sudah disediakan dapur lengkap kalau kurang-kurang bisa minta ke pegawainya. Makanan breakfast yang tidak variatif mewajibkan kalian yang akan berlibur disana membawa makanan yang banyak karena cisolok cukup jauh dari pelabuhan ratu. Overall saya dan keluarga sangat menyukai tempat ini, ini resort yang sangat baik di daerah pelabuhan ratu.

It was a pleasant stay. The ambience of the hotel was remarkable and the tree house was awesome. Food and the menu needs to be improved.

Tidak disediakan minuman gratis dan untuk menginap di tenda agak panas dan letak kamar mandinya terlalu jauh.

I booked the glamping tent but ended up in the tree house room! Why? because it was a lot nicer, so we upgraded the room on the spot. It was remotely located. The road to get there was very steep and narrow with some were gravels. However, it was worth it. The place was super comfy. When we arrived, we expected "glamping" to be a tent with some aircon. However, it was 11 AM, the weather was super nasty, and we couldn't stand it. They only provided a small fan. Bathroom was located quite far away from the tent. As the tent wasn't ready yet (check-in was supposedly after 12 PM), we looked around and found this gem: the tree house! And we got lucky it was still available! So we upgraded the room. It was quiet clean. Though we found some ants wandering around, but hey, it's a tree house! as long as it didn't bother us, it was just fine :) Since we were quite exhausted after a long (5 hrs) trip from Jakarta to this place, we decided to sleep before we continue our adventure. However, the next area of this hotel was under development with all the excavators working in daylight. It was so noisy. Maybe we didn't get there at the right timing. But my overall experience at this hotel was awesome. Staff were very friendly and willing to help. I would totally suggest my friends and colleagues to come to this hotel :) Thank you Ketapang Resort!

Kita pesan 2 villa, tapi yang tersedia hanya 1 villa saja. Supervisor dari pihak resort kurang baik pelayanannya. Sehingga kami mendapatkan 1 villa dan 2 tenda. kurang komunikatif. Padahal kami sudah membayar untuk 2 villa.

Akses jalan menuju villa agak ekstrem. Papan nama villa tidak terlalu keliatan biarpun di pinggir jalan, apalagi kalau malam. Tapi suka sama pemandangan pantainya.
