I came around 8pm, I was okey at the first time cause I never expect too much, but then I need to pay rp 300.000 for cleaning fees meanwhile all bathrooms not even clean anyway. Really hard to communicated with the person in the phone, there’s no mineral water, and it says that I can request but the man who handle the payment said too late to order cause all supermarkets are closed, but it didn’t and again he said “no one who can order the water”. The bathtub was horrible, smells not good in each rooms, dust on bedsheets and the worst was the day of my checkout time. I remember it was 11.45am and I already asked for late checkout until 1pm. But from nowhere, some new guests came and waited front of the door, and said the driver from this villa drop them off while i’m still inside the villa, packing. I was heard one of the guest said “i wanna swim right away!” ohh really? Nobody tell me anything or someone from villa who responsibility of this situation. This is really crazy and made me so embarrassed front of my friends!! Please consider again to booked in this villa matahari, this is the worst villa I ever stayed for 2 nights. The price even more expensive than other villa I ever stayed around and bigger. Really bad service, bad old hotel, bad attitude of all who work here (except the cleaning lady)
