滞在中はテレビはありません。非常に不満です。シャワーの水量が遅い。

スタッフはフレンドリーで親切です。

My experience stay at your hotel so far staff friendly, facility is good very suitable for business travel. Our room is comfortable, breakfast so delicious and internet ok. The most important this hotel location near to go the town. Thank so much.

Not bad for 1 or 2 star hotel. I could use more TV channel, not only rtm 1 and 2, tv3 instead.

The hotel lobby is really impressive with pretty decoration, staff is professional but it really shocked me when I entered the room. The worst place is the bathroom! The toilet bowl is dirty with yellow stain, steel around the basin was rusted, mirror cracked, water from heater is not hot (the heater is too old I cannot even use the ELCB checker). After I bathed, the bathroom is flooded, the water flow is too slow, and much water flowed out into the room from the cracked cement. Oh my goodness it was a horrible experience that night. WiFi okay, breakfast okay.

1) Bilik dalam keadaan yang kemas dan teratur & lengkap dengan keperluan asas yang diperlukan. 2) Acon tidak dalam keadaan yang baik di mana tidak boleh diubah suhu akan terlalu sejuk pada waktu malam.(perlukan maintenance) 3) Tingkap bilik tanpa grill akan bahayakan dari segi mudah untuk pecah masuk dalam bilik (perlu diubahsuai) 4) Fasilities sekitar hotel sangat baik dari segi air minuman dari mesin, tempat penggosok baju, kawasan penyambut tetamu, kawasan sekitaran yang sangat cantik untuk bergambar sebagai kenangan, ruang makan untuk sarapan pagi yang bersih, makanan sarapan pagi yang mencukupi & staff yang baik hati serta peramah (sentiasa membantu & senyum) 6) Kawasan parking yang banyak, mudah berdekatan dengan hotel & selamat. 7) Keselamatan untuk waktu malam dijaga dengan baik oleh staff yang bertugas. 8) Walaupun berdekatan dengan jalan raya tetapi suasana tidak bising & tido dengan lena. 9) Lokasi yang sangat strategic kerana berdekatan dengan kawasan untuk membeli belah & banyak tempat menarik boleh dilawati bersama ahli keluarga (Cth; Pantai Mok Nik).
